Was in Lewes for a coffee competition and on the final night we deserved a celebration, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, great knowledge and service, nice way to end my trip to the town!
Incredible value for by the glass wines. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great selection of bottles to buy. A gem!
A lovely spot for a glass or two of wine and a cheeseboard. Also the perfect location to pop in and pick up a bottle to take home. They have a great selection of local and English wines and are always happy to talk to you about them.

I live up the road from Symposium and it is a great wine merchant & drinking establishment. They have a great selection of wines from lesser known producers. The quality is always good, right from their £7 bottles up to the £25 bottles that i have bought - my budget doesn't go above that.

Very nice. In the main the staff a helpful in assisting with the wine choice. Food is good serving stall could do better. The containers for the olive oil and balsamic vinegar need to be pouring type vessels not everyone wants to dip into a shared bowel.
Lovely wine bar with choice of cold platters to share alongside extensive choice of wines. No children allowed after early evening. Great place to come to try something new and then take a bottle or two home with you.
