The drinks are good but they know it so it's often on the pricey end, food is often dry. The letchworth location one I would say is not a desired location and there are no good views from the window. Little outside seating. But it's not horrible but it has a lot of competition in a small town.
Food was good but service was exceptional.. Abbey, Dorethy and the rest of the staff went above and beyond.
Nice, clean, quiet, food is good and there's fast service.

The branch in Garden Square, Letchworth is more friendly and better organised than that horrible little drive-thru one on the retail park, everything is in too much of a hurry there and both quality and service suffer for it. Park in Morrisons car park free f
The young man that works there is excellent always dise his best to make everyone happy. When he sees me and my friend are coffee is made very quickly top man should be manager.
Service was quick, food was hot and came out quickly
Came in on a very wet afternoon and ordered my coffee and got my free cake for my birthday last week. The young lad behind the till was very helpful bringing my purchases across to my table. Highly recommended a nice bit of happiness when we all could do with it.

Costa/M&S need to improve food offering. Cheese with nearly all sandwiches/panni, not catering for customers with dairy allergy
Oh the air conditioning in this place is beautiful! Especially what with the hot weather we have been getting! I found the staff very friendly and very welcoming. They made my large Latte to go. However the seating outside is used by smokers and non smokers. I am a non smoker but feel as this is totally outside people who wish to smoke with their coffee should be allowed to. Feel this is a silly move to stop smoking outside and will put people off
