Simmons is a cafe and bakery in the city center. The place with waiter service. There is seating inside and outside. The display fridges were loaded with beautiful cakes, sold by the slice. There is a selection of muffins, cookie
Decent lunch here. Not the cheapest, but the quality is good. Pretty woeful coffee, so I'll be ordering tea next time. My tuna crunch was really good though and clearly fresh. Counter staff were helpful and kept a smile on their faces, despite some "challenging" customers. Could do with a few more s

Sat and had a plain ham salad, not presented great, but okay. Staff very polite, I would rather see the girls hair covered while preparing and cooking food.
Good sandwichs,sometimes could be fresher as on display in a chiller (little dry sometimes). Pastrys fantastic. Service good. Unfortunately, table cleaning & rubbish removal could be faster. Had to empty a table to use it a few times.
It's just the price of things, really. Good service. Can sit in and outside.
I had to take an iced doughnut back as the icing sticks to the bag, and then it just turns to a plain doughnut 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️. Had to ask for another 1 and a box.
The staff are always so happy to serve, and the food is brilliant. Good value for money as well. Always a treat to get something from here.
Delightful independent bakery which boasts moo more than 25mes travel between bakery and shop and it shows. Delicious freshly baked cakes; delicious bread and lots of creative options for a light lunch and not a mass produced sandwich in sight!

Went there sat down with wife and grandkids for breakfast what a lovely place bit pricey but food was absolutely lovely so I think this place deserves a 5***** thank you
Fast friendly service and the bread is superb. I went to buy some cheese and chilli loaves and also bought a seeded bloomer to try, which, to put it technically was yummy.
Great and tasty made on the premises food & hot drinks.
Haven't visited since Covid19 hit but lovely lunch & an unexpected loyalty reward of a free coffee - Yay!
Great bakery with lots of food choice. Hot chocolate is great with marshmallows and cream. Delicious! Great way to end the day after ice skating at Letchworth pool. Staff friendly and quick to help clear tables for us.
Just want to say thank you,I believe she was the manager and another lady with green hair ( sorry didn’t take your name). Went to store panicking for a last min cupcake order. They managed to sort something out for me in short notice. Both ladies very polite and helpful.
