Turned up on a hot busy day. The staff were all working extremely hard and were polite and friendly.
The range of Gelato flavours was amazing. I tried their famous Henry Hippo with twister. Both blew my mind at how they tasted like the real thing. Portion size and price was what I'd expect to pay as it's all hand made by them.
This is the best Gelato I've come across in Europe. Excited to go back to try some more flavours.
Stumbled across this icecream shop after a walk around letchworth. Very high end Gelato and the owners were full of knowledge while chatting to them about all the different flavours they make and creations. Superb icecream (Gelato) the best I've tried in the UK
I absolutely love it here. Great ice cream topped with amazing customer service. Personal thanks to the tattooed girl, the one with curly hair, the one with the cap and the tall lady. They always seem so keen to help and make me want to visit more. Great business!!
We saw this during our visit to area, and after having dinner decided we would go for it as the sun was still out... kids went for Bubblegum flavour (they have no idea what the flavour of bubblegum is, they just liked the colour!), wife went for mandarin and I went for Marzipan. All of them were incredibly tasty.
Amazing selection of gelato with different flavours to try each time, plus it's always delicious! You can sample some of the flavours to help you make up your mind before you buy which is good too. Sometimes there's a queue but it's worth the wait 😊

Brilliant service, as popped in with our 1 year old daughter on Good Friday and the weather was beautiful, she shared some of our ice cream. The staff were really really friendly and willing to help as much as they could. There was a young man there who was either new or still training i believe and he was doing a brilliant, very apologetic about the presentation of my sundae (raspberry sauce incident😂) which didn't bother me in the slightest, just a wonderful little shop I didn't even know was there. We will be back again!!
Really nice gelato here. Actually better value than going to the ice cream van and better product too! A reasonable selection, but as it's specifically a gelato store, I would've expected a larger range available. Service was good though and the queue went down quickly, so the wait was reasonable. We went quite late in the day, but i can expect seating to be prime during the day. Been back a few times now
If you want a little self indulgence, then this is the place for you. Ask for a taster and you are given a spoonful to try. They have gluten free cornets so no one misses out. Well worth a visit. Do mind the awkward step as you go in and out of the shop.

I've been dying to try this place since they opened in Letchworth and it was well worth the wait! Initially thought prices were a bit ££ but you get a decent serving per scoop. The salted caramel is to die for!
