Visited Ok diner yesterday around 4pm. The staff approached us as soon as we entered they were polite and professional. We were taken to a large table and provided with the menu then a few minutes later asked if we wanted drinks. We both took the refillable option and ordered our meals.We were served our meals within 15 minutes both looked fantastic and tasted awesome. We were offered a refill on our drinks and the waitress kindly obliged. The atmosphere within the venue was excellent it was clean and accomodating. Was it value for money? Yes., Will we visit again? YES...
It was the second time i visited here in two days as working in the area, service was spot same waitress can not fault her and the food was fantastic have no complaints and i will be back again when i'm working in the area again.
Visited 4 1st time 2day didnt no wat expect food didnt take long 2 cum wen ordered - need 2 give u more time 2 luk at menu b4 they cum 2 ask 4 drinks especially wen i had a toddler (takes lil bit more time 2 get sorted) but didnt seem 2 mind wen we sed needed bit more time - food was lovely & milkshake was lush! My 4 y.o loved it & ate it all which is a bonus - not bad price 4 wat u get either suprisingly thought wud cost more will b returnin
The OK Diner is a wonderful place to eat. The decoration is fabulous and creates a lovely atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the food is authentic. There is a good selection of all sorts of American dishes to suit every taste. Ive been quite a few times with different people from all walks of life and they have all enjoyed it very much indeed.
Have visited OK diner a couple of times now. Not even a local but the travel is worth it with how lovely the food is and the milkshakes are incredible π

First time dining here after countless times driving past, after dining in other American diners this isn't up there with the big guns but it's a very good dining experience and very good value! Kids under 10 eat free one child per main meal (Β£5.50 per child off your bill) including drink and dessert too! what's not to like about that .. thank you for great service and we will most definitely not leave it soo long to pop back in.
Wonderful staff. Very friendly and efficient. The food was nice but not as special as you'd expect for the price. Puddings are pretty good though. Long wait for food but don't mind that because cooked properly. Not all advertised items were included in my meal. Kids meals were a bit small. But all in all OK. π
Classic chicken burger was non-existent being all bun and very little burger. Bacon cheese burger was much better with the burger cooked well and a good thickness. Glad we were there for around 11.30am as people then had to wait for a table
Great milkshakes, good-sized portions, and decent selection of burgers. Only gripe was baps a little dry, and if slightly toasted, it would have solved the issue. Kids ate free, which was great.
Very good provisions for Allergies/Intolerances.
Wonderful service & good atmosphere.
My only grumble is the gluten free hot dog is served in a burger bun so difficult to eat and not much pulled pork was with it.
Tasted great though!
Kids eat free with a paying adult and it's a decent portion for them too!
So went here today for the first time, Friendly and welcoming staff. Managed to get a table straight away cappuccinos were nice and the food lovely and hot. Have booths which are comfortable. Plenty of seating inside, and plenty of parking.
This is set near Leominster on the A49 which is a lovely ride/drive whichever way you go. From here you can go Ludlow, Worcester, Hereford.
Would go again and recommend
our family of 5 visited today and had a wonderful experience, Joanne was outstanding at her job, smiley and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, she is a great asset to the team! Our food was delicious, everything arrived quickly and all plates were left empty! it was good value for money, a nice atmosphere, we all left content and would absolutely visit again! Thanks Joanne for making our dining experience a happy one! :)
Stopped here on a very long journey at my sons request. What a nice find, lovely menu choice, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Food was freshly cooked so don't expect super quick service, but it was very nice and worth the wait. Will definitely come again and probably have the pancakes π₯
We have been a few times on our travels through the area. We have had good meals on every occasion, served quickly and staff have been friendly too. Parking is good and there are toilets for customers.
They have a good choice of veggie meals. Milkshakes are very good.
Food was Ok. I liked the burger and the Salad was pretty basic but for the price it was okay. The chicken on the burger thankfully came piping hot and the salad was fresh and crunchy though abit bland. Nachos quite lackluster. Servers were very nice and the atmosphere was good. Decor was nice and from other tables the desserts looked delish. It's okay for what it is, I'd recommend if you love dessert and the 50's/60's.
I'm sure I've posted a review before, but, I'm not local, so it would have been a while ago. My views haven't changed even though the staff has...It is consistently clean with friendly staff and good food. The refillable coffee is a plus. Lovely.
We will always make a point of stopping here when we travel to Hereford from Shropshire. Love it!

A 1950s' Americana themed diner, serving good burgers, chicken and hot dogs. It is an excellent provider of milkshakes and ice cream desserts, too.
Excellent all day breakfast. Lovely staff and excellent service.
Very popular so you may have a bit of a wait .... We had to wait just ten minutes for our table and the food came pretty quickly.
Stopped here for lunch, there was a queue to get in and the food took a long time to arrive but it was OK and the milkshake was also OK. It didn't compare to real American dinner but the place had a good atmosphere. They have a big car park next to a petrol station which makes it very convenient.
Atmosphere was good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Their milkshakes were amazing, as was the food, but the beef was a little bit overcooked. Apart from that, still very good food but not enough for five stars. The food is incredibly filling though.

Lovely American style Diner. The staff were very friendly, food was exceptional. Great spot to break a long journey and have a quick rest break and some food. Plenty of options on the menu that is reasonably priced.
