Friendly little place, nice coffee shop, great selection of cheeses, chutneys and associated goodies - loads of try before you buy tastes.
Really enjoyed the tour with my Son Lee and Granddaughter Sophie Rose. The staff were really friendly. We had the Blue Monk Ploughman's lunch and tried a locally brewed Cider.....Just Delicious!!! Bought a couple of locally brewed bottle's of cider, a jar of pickle, chutney, bottle of Apple Liqueur and not to forget Blue Monk Cheese!!
Amazing little dairy! Well worth a visit. Go and take a tour of the dairy and then enjoy a big cheese platter full of big wedges of their delicious Cheese. Will definitely be back!
One word. Cheese. A cheese lovers paradise. I would travel miles for Hereford cheese and their ploughmans is heaven.
The only trouble is choosing which one!!!

We will return when next up from Brighton.
Lovely staff in a lovely shop full of lots of tasty goodies. Wish I lived nearer !
Headed here for lunch & to stock up on cheese. Soup for me & ploughmans for hubby. Lovely! Saw a review saying "ladies" were unfriendly & sullen. Shocked to read this. We visit often & the staff have always been extremely welcoming and helpful

Oh my gosh, the Little Hereford ploughman' lunch was delicious! Lovely place, warm welcome and fab service.
Just had tea and teacakes........lovely! Took a couple of cheeses home......gorgeous........call in and try and buy!!
Delicious cheese, generous portions, wonderful accompaniments, free tasters, and ever so friendly.
Fabulous staff really interesting tour everything explained in detail.
Cheese is absolutely delicious really enjoyed our visit.
Lovely dairy. Great ploughmans and great cheeses.
Wow! Had a fantastic time cheese tasting for a fab cheese wedding cake! Lovely place, lovely people and the best cheeses ever!
I love to visit this shop when I travel home to Banbury from Builth Wells. Tonight I celebrated with cauliflower and cheese, made with Oak Smoked Little Hereford (one of my very favourites). The folks here are fabulous and the cheeses a delight, as are the other local delicacies they have on offer.
What could be more perfect. A country cottage is attached to a cheese maker. A cup of tea. A toasted teacake slathered in Dragon butter. The sun shining. Good service and surroundings. The cheese ain't bad either. It's worth a stop.
Saw a brochure for the place. We love cheese and thought we would have a look. Having cuppers and cakes that were great. The cheese variety was amazing. We had the most amazingly helpful assistant who helped us taste cheeses. We took 2 back to the campsite and enjoyed them later that evening. It's worth a visit we will return when back in the area. We wish your new cheese maker well and hope to try his makes next time.
We drove an hour and a half to visit this cheese shop, and were not disappointed. The two ladies working behind the counter were lovely, freindly and fun. We tasted loads of cheese before purchasing 4 different ones.
Well worth a visit.
Visited twice in 3 years. Staff super friendly and helpful. Allowed my father who is less able to stand to sit in front of cheese counter and spent 15 minutes talking us through options and giving tasters. Had a ploughmans and cheese scone in the cafe and bought lots of cheese to take home. Delicious!
Excellent selection of cheeses and condiments, service was impeccable, asked for enough cheese for a cheeseboard for 4, and trusted the lady to choose for us. every single cheese was delicious, and their signature cheese very much so. Would highly recommend.
Stopped off here on the way home from builth wells showground. What an amazing find. Ladies were lovely and very knowledgeable - alot of cheeses that aren't readily available anywhere else. Local gin/beers/ciders and all had to be tried. Every type of jam/chutney/honey. Coffee was delicious. Although it is quite a long way from where we live (wish it was nearer) we'd definitely shop here again when in the area.
If you love cheese you will love this place. A great range of cakes and a very good cup of tea.
An absolutely beautiful little cafe and shop. We had a delicious lunch of soup with bread and cheese. The cheese is delicious and high quality, the bread is homemade and all of the food is very fresh. The cakes are also lovely, and the staff are helpful and friendly.
The shop is well stocked with high quality local produce, and is a great place to buy gifts!
Visited previously for delicious cake and tea (in delightful cups and saucers!). Just visited again, this time for lunch. Lovely warm service and really delicious food. Shop full of goodies! Sat outside in the sunshine. Certainly on our list of favourites! Would have taken photo of soup and bread but had already made a start!
Lovely little place to visit. Great choice of cheeses and lovely tea room for cakes and great choice of homemade chutneys, ale and cider.
