We love these oldie worldly buildings...The merchants house cafe and antiques centre establishment dates back to the 16th century and is a grade 2 listed building...Inside you can see all the amazing original oak timber construction.... The cafe is situated in the Corn Square in the centre of Leominster It's open Tuesday to Saturday from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm.......All the staff were lovely and welcoming, being very attentive to all our needs......The cafe serves home cooked meals and snacks plus teas, coffees plus cold drinks...In the summer you can sit outside in the enclosed courtyard belonging to the property.....A very enjoyable experience,...Thank You all....👍

Really good homemade food at reasonable prices. The locals seem to prefer this cafe over most available in Leominister. Layout is really rustic, and the courtyard is nice for outdoor drinks on a hot summers day. I can recommend the jacket potatoes which are cooked perfectly.

We had the quiche of the day and it's literally the best quiche we'd ever eaten - served with really fresh creamy coleslaw, potato salad and dressed leaves. We sat in the rear courtyard with our (nervous) dog and the waitress brought her a couple of gravy bones and was really kind to her. Highly recommended

Brilliant little cafe. The home made scones are amazing. So big and fresh. All made with great quality ingredients. The tea cakes are huge and again taste amazing. The prices are so reasonable and you get alot for you money. Even the coffee was lovely. We were really pleased that they allowed dogs into the quaint little courtyard at the back. All the staff were so friendly and chatty. It's definitely a place that shouldn't be overlooked. Most definitely worth a visit.

Two storey building comprising coffee shop on ground floor, and small antiques centre on upper floor. Not sure if they are 2 separate businesses or just one combined, as there is no individual entrance to the antiques, just a set of stairs. Good quality food and great coffee. The cheese scones were moist all through. All COVID rules adhered to. Beautiful outdoor courtyard to sit in summer. Card payments over£10 in cafe, but flexibility on this if you are close to the 10. Antiques card minimum is£20 but there is a cash machine right outside . All in all a lovely place to sit and enjoy good food in a great historical atmosphere.

Lovely quiet courtyard setting. Having Lived in Devon but now reside in Cornwall,... I decided to upset each equally,..Jam on top,...AND Cream on top. Good quality food. Its a shady spot so the brick flooring can be slippy. Dogs welcome.

Beautiful old fashioned Cafe. Very friendly staff, food outstanding, good prices, food cooked to order. Popular place to eat. Definitely go again. Nice to go in a proper tea shop rather than Costa, Coffee 1 or the like. Situated in the Square, so easy to find.
