We visited a few weeks ago with a local family member to treat him for his birthday. We were made very welcome by the locals and staff. We had a lovely family meal here today. The fish and chips were especially delicious...so fresh and cooked perfectly. The Staff were very friendly and efficient. Thank you all, we shall be visiting again!

Absolutely fantastic. The food was great and the young service staff were the best I've come across for years. Give this place a try if you are in the area. We didn't have a pudding but the table that did couldn't praise the chef more highly.

Out first time here and we loved it and will definitely return. The pubs warm and welcoming, cosy and clean. Its Very family friendly, and very reasonably priced on food and drinks. The food was delicious and very generous portions.

Easy stop for lunch and so pleased we did. Kyra made us feel welcome and instantly relaxed. Thank you. Meals were delicious! Recommend a stop here, even if only for a meal. Friendly hospitality, comfort food.

Good pub food and the service is excellent . Very friendly and helpful staff, when I realised I'd left my bag behind later in the day I phoned and they had kept it behind the bar for me (what a relief!)

Fabulous pub that massively exceeded my expectations. Food great, nice beer and possibly the best barmaid I've ever met.

Whilst travelling, we stopped here for a meal and was not disappointed. Food was delicious and tasty and value for money. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
