I stopped by for an espresso and to get some local information. Successful on both counts — they hooked me up with a well prepared coffee and connected me with a local football club that also took me in.
The club is associated with the power station and the owner of same, EdF. It’s managed and staff
Was at a wake. Very well laid out, friendly bar staff. Wonderful buffet and the macaw in the cage at the entrance was a delight to see.
This place was Nuclear, it had lots of power and a parrot that greets you with Hello when you enter!
We were at the Club for a vintage car show, extremely well organised, very reasonable prices and a thoroughly excellent day.
Great car show held on sports field. Didn't use the facilities in the hall though.
Went here for a meal with family tonight was lovely food and really great service thank u so much for your time
Very impressed with the quality of the food and service.
Been here dozens of times and staff have always been top notch. A nice place for a drink or a game of pool/snooker and they have a lot of good events on from family fun days to firework displays. Took my daughter to the train club once but she was more interested in the parrot. Good facilities too.
Great social venue, bands , private parties hall hire, outdoor events also, staff are super good about everything , membership for regulars has discounts on drink for you with said card ....
Good service, food and staff
Wow what a lovely place, so clean and tidy, we popped in for a pint on our way home on our bikes!! Welcoming staff and great beer. On our way in we noticed Charlie the Parrot!! He even spoke to us. Well anyway definitely going back for some nooker and darts.
Fantastic friendly staff, the food is great and the low prices are amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Absolutely brilliant venue. Attended the recent Scooter Rally there and these guys were superb.
Just been up for lunch for fathers day ,Sunday Carvery .. all very happy with our meals and the dads chuffed with their free pints, lovely staff as per usual always happy to help nothing is too much, well and truly stuffed enjoyed every bite.. Thankyou very much . And my Pa loved meeting Charlie th
Went there for the scooter rally good facilities and nice camping area and a lovely breakfast in the morning 👍
