It is always a warm place to eat and drink. With polite staff. I've never had a problem.
I'm a regular customer & have been for last 5 years. The food is good - I'm partial to ham & cheese toasties - service is always efficient, & the place has a nice atmosphere. Likewise it's always very clean, & the male loo is spotless.
This costa has to be the best in Leigh (and there's 3 of them here!!)
The staff are all lovely, polite, and have fantastic customer service.
Staff are always friendly and helpful and the decaff coffee is pretty good too!

Top service here in Leigh! Came here over three days on a course and the lady serving us remembered our coffee orders every time and provided it with a warm, friendly welcoming. Very impressive and greatly appreciated.
