Used to go here occasionally as I love their Kung Po King Prawn, however their ribs used to be very disappointing…Stop the press! Rib gods must have heard my prayers, their ribs have had a major upgrade and are now some of the best around and Fusion is now number 1 on my list. Don’t go changing.
Very friendly and helpful lady served me at this takeaway. First time I've been in there but won't be the last. Loved the Malaysian curry! Great food

Consistently the best Chinese in Southend, each and every time. In 8 months of ordering I've never had any issue from here. Just delicious fresh Chinese food that is a step above all the other many Chinese I have tried in the area. I've no idea why their rating isn't higher.
The ingredients have such an attention to detail that I even think they dont use canned bamboo shoots here which is unheard of locally
Never had a problem with Fusion, love their food! If you go down to the takeaway itself you can actually see the food being made. I feel a lot safer eating there rather than most Chinese takeaways (behind the beaded curtain). Only issue I've ever had is getting through to their phone but hey, that's how to yet a good takeaway right?

Food here is amazing, we have ordered from a lot of different takeaways in the past and Fusion is out absolute favourite. We order regularly and have never had a bad experience!
Cannot fault it as they have really improved since they first opened, lovely food and still the only Chinese takeaway I know who do chicken wui sui a sweet sour chilli sauce in their own way! Amazing!
Delicious Chinese food... Discovered quite by accident during lockdown... Portion sizes are good and sauces are delicately flavoured... This is not your average take away...
Love the menu all cooked fresh and they are always helpful in resolving problems....once had a wrong order and they just sorted it out without any hesitation.
