First Time eating and drinking at the beer hall.. The food was really nice. selection of ales was good.. The service was good but in the hour we stayed we had 3 mixed orders for drinks etc, otherwise I would give the beer hall five.. the outdoor seating areas are lovely in the summer

A fantastic experience in this modern pub that shiws off with pride its ancient origins. In spite of a pretty slow service (the place is often booked and we were 12 on the table) which allows time to taste several kind of beers, a cozy location and tasteful food were complementing the nice evening.

Had this place recommended by a colleague and after looking into it saw they did brewery tours. Four of us booked on a tour which we thoroughly enjoyed... very informative and very clean. You get to try samples at the end too plus a discount in the brewery shop. We also stayed to eat... the food
