There is a new guy working there ( Kyle ) and the music is already better, last time I went in I walked straight back out as Afro Beat was blasting out and killing the vibe. This new guy put some fretless bass music on especially for me. I don’t think it is apparent what this place is, the identity is very confusing. But I am here for the beer 🍺
We visited this great pub that had a selection of 22 great beers from the Sommar Brewery in Birmingham.
Loved the person who served us at first. So friendly and welcoming. They wore a duck earring. Also, the owner brought Ziggy, his delightful puppy.
Fantastic range of beers. Brilliant looking bar. A hugely welcome addition to the Leicester pub scene. Looking forward to visiting again asap.
Huge selection of beer and gin. They didn't have a few gin items on the menu but managed to suggest a few other options. Dog friendly which is always a plus with us. Pricey.

Myself and husband went just for the Comedy club which is run every Tuesday night (this particular night 21st March was my birthday). The Host George was fab.....pretty sure he could have kept us entertained by himself for the 2 hours the Comedy was on for. If I lived nearer I'd be there every Tuesday night from 7.30pm. It was a small but mixed age group in the audience. The format is typical Comedy Club of Compare then act 1, break, compare, act 2, break, compare act 3 whom is the 'highlight'. Acts 1 & 2 were fine but yes Tom Little was the better of the 3. Though he did talk really fast - wasn't quite sure if that was him being himself or part of the act. It was a great little venue and quite intimate. Definitely a place I'd go back to. Drinks were reasonably priced too. Can't comment on whether there was a menu or not as we never planned to eat there anyway. Did I mention there is no charge to get in, you just turn up and take a seat - donations are requested at the end but I think you could still get out alive if you didn't donate
I just came to drink a cider, but found the exciting surprise that they had a tap with Gluten free beer, which was actually really good. Will come back for sure!
I love this bar so much, I had a bartender called Tyler he was so helpful and knowledgeable about beers.
Amazing bar with friendly and hugely knowledgeable staff. Epic selection of beers and a good range of cocktails too. Fair prices.
Fantastic range of beers for all tastes. Was met by a very warm welcome, so much so that we returned later for the fab comedy night. Really friendly staff and locals alike. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.

Brilliant little bar in the heart of Leicester. Provides a range of drink options in a very stylish venue.
Prices are on par with the area too.
Lovely atmosphere, beautiful decor, and friendly staff. Great place to go and try something new to drink.
The only problem is that there aren't always enough places to sit. But that is to be expected in a bar of this quality.
first time i came here i was served by josh and he was so funny and lovely! second time i came i was served by someone (didn’t catch her name) tonight (21/12/22) and she was SOOOO lovely and helped us with recommendations :) honestly can’t recommend this place enough if you like beer or not - they have cocktails too!
Brilliant free comedy night on a Tuesday with some great beers and IPAs on offer
Only came in for a quick visit and will be back for a longer one. Fantastic. Really friendly and welcoming staff with a great atmosphere. Excellent quality beer.
