A nice place to eat and chill. Although the table seating and setting was a bit segregating the atmosphere. We've been arranged at the table next to bar table. The interruption from staff moving in and out, cutlery and bottle chucking etc was unpleasant noise. We've to ask about the complimentary pasta fries since every table had received one and we just being left out. Staffs face expression could be noticed as if they were enjoyed at work or not. They complained to customers not showing vouchers during order while we listened their conversations because seats were too close you cant avoid it. Chicken speeding the chicken was cold. Dirty pig and half Duo Verde pizzas were messy this times not as great as the first time. Ingredients were all over the place and lesser. For £16.50 pizza, shouldnt the ingredients to be more generous? A tiny suggestion the pork crackling is too big and chunky, it would be better and easy to eat if slightly small size.

Pasta is life🍝 Ever since Zizzi opened at Fosse Park, it has been a go to for dinners (if not wanting to travel far) and for takeaways (their pizzas are incredible!!!). I visited twice last month and on both occasions opted for their new fresh pasta dishes. I went for the truffle and pancetta carbonara (first photo) which was so flavoursome and very creamy. I then went for the signature beef and chianti ragu (second photo), which was so wholesome and had this lovely feeling that resembled a home-cooked meal🥰. In the past, I have steered clear of pasta dishes at big chain restaurants like Zizzi and Prezzo as the pasta never tasted fresh and was always very inconsistent. However, you can definitely taste the difference in the quality of the ingredients being used in these new “fresh pasta” dishes. I feel like my faith has been restored in these big chains🫶🏻. They also have a hot smoked salmon carbonara and a campanelle lentil ragu, that are part of the range of fresh pasta dishes. If you haven’t tried them yet, get booked in!!!

Had the new mushroom "pizza" was really just garlic flat bread with some blobs of a strange tasteless mushroom mix, a few shreds onions and peppers for £16.50 which is outrageous. Overall service and food was good, especially the deserts. Without any kind of promotion the prices are absurd though.

I had a lovely meal last night with a friend, the food was good and the service was excellent. Our waitress Mollie W was friendly, courteous and efficient with a smile on her face which is a rarity these days. Often reviews only point out the negatives so it is nice to be able to write a positive review. She is a valuable member of staff in our opinion.

Food was good but... those baked pasta you get please make them bottomless. Also we had to get our own salt as waiters where no where to be seen and also had to go approach someone to pay the bill after waiting 20 mins with empty plates.

We had a lovely lunch here. Booked the table online, requested window side table, which was reserved which was very nice. Waitress lady was really nice, calm, accommodating and helpful. Favourite platter was really delicious. Main meals were also nice, rustica pizzas, pasta and chicken dishes. Kindly given a box at the end to take home the left over pizza slices.

Liked the food and drinks available. We used the QR code to order and pay so service was limited. However our 2nd visit had a male server who was very cordial and outgoing and went a little extra to enquire if we had everything and all was OK.

Really friendly & helpful staff. Guy behind the bar’s customer service really stood out! Food was nice! Mum really enjoyed her goats cheese pizza, my friends shared a fondue board and said it was delicious! My fresh pasta beef ragu was really good! Lovely trip whilst shopping at Fosse Park! 🥰 🫕 🍝

Rather crammed and not easy if you're a wheelchair user. The server hovers over you when paying so you feel obliged to give a tip to an already expensive meal. However the food is amazing
