Amazing place to have a nice meal and a good time. Being Portuguese living in the UK for so many years, it is nice that I can get get food that reminds me of my home town, without having to get on a plane. Also, the staff is very friendly and the service is simply brilliant. I recommend the francesi
Went there on a windy Sunday afternoon, nice weather for enjoying a cup of drink outside. Inside the cafe was too dark. When you go outside, you may want to sit in a place that’s cozy and cheerful, with light. To shelter myself from the wind, I sat next to the door so it was warmer but still bright.
My fiancé and I only planned to get a takeaway coffee but after a few minutes of being in there, we thought we would sit in. Give it another 15 minutes and we could smell the food and we ended up eating there! The XL fusion breakfast is AMAZING!!! Fresh flavours, tasty and light too! The staff are s
This place is great! I had a wonderful full english breakfast with an amazing Portuguese twist! Essentially it's vertical!! Please see my photo as it's hard to describe, but when you taste the Portuguese sausage and a version of hash browns, with Heinz beans and two types of egg and sausage etc. Inc
Amazing and delicious food! The owner and staff are so welcoming and passionate by taking us through the menu. Will definitely come back to try the different menus
I loved it! I wondered if it would live up to the hype and it really did. Already planning a return visit with others. I think what set it apart from other places is how lovely, happy and friendly George was. We had no clue what to order and he was great with his recommendations. I also loved his sp
Got an XL fusion vegan option and honestly could not be more impressed! Portion size is very impressive, vegan chorizo is super flavourful and the whole dish is divine! Would like to express a huge thank you to the kitchen staff as during the busiest hour when all tables were busy I only had to wait
This place is incredible! The owner is so passionate as is the head chef and this is reflected in the food & service - on both occasions, the owner & head chef took the time to speak to us. The breakfast is second to none and better than any other spot on Queens Road! We'll be back to try the vegan
Came here for breakfast with 8 friends, the food was really delicious and the coffees were great, I'd never tried a Spanish latte before! They had gluten-free options for a friend who is coeliac. The waitress was really friendly and helpful, would highly recommend, better than a traditional full Eng
We had two street food boxes to take away for £8 each, one with rustic potatoes, halloumi, and a poached egg, and the other with tomato rice, steak, and caramelised onions. The flavours and seasoning were great and the portions were generous. We were slightly disappointed as we paid extra for spicy
Great food, and great coffee. Really tasty food whether breakfast or lunch. We had a variety of sandwiches and street boxes for lunch. Followed up by coffee and Portuguese custard tarts which are AMAZING. At weekends you can get a Francesinha which has to be seen to be believed!

This place is fantastic. Had a wine Wednesday with some friends and the staff were very helpful, the atmosphere was great and the food was amazing. The chef really knows his stuff!
Very nice place for Portugese food. Weekends have a different menu to the daytime. Very clean and good service. Pleasant decor too. Well worth a visit.
The food was 10/10, huge portions, looking beautiful and perfect taste Also cosy interior, friendly stuff and the owner of the restaurant was very nice to us!
