Desserts is my drug and I try out different dessert places whenever I'm out of and about.
Waffles and Shakes was nice, food was quick because nobody likes waiting and customer service was also on point. I'll definitely drop by again when I'm in town.
Having a sweet tooth is not a blessing at times 😊 but it’s a real treat when you end up at Waffle & Shakes. They offer the widest range of desserts and above all the service and the desserts that are purely made with love.

Great Place with amazing staff that never fail to deliver. Always walked in to a smile and left with a smile on. Menu features a variety of sweet treats that are full customisable. Highly recommended!

Always get very good service from Patrick and crew! All their desserts come out 10/10 and am never disappointed by the quality of their treats. Pistachio milkshake and pistachio waffle are definitely my favourites. Would highly recommend waffle and shakes to everyone!

My go-to place for desserts!! I live by the eggless brownie that they do, would totally recommend! Absolutely amazing!! Definitely will be visiting time and time again! The staff are incredible as well, feel so welcomed and taken care of!

The customer service is awesome and the shop staff will always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. The staff were extremely helpful during my visit and the desserts are of top quality. I will definitely be visiting again and I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a sweet treat.
I went into Waffle & Shakes by accident a few months ago - I was on East Park Road and I saw that they did a ice cream softy (like a McFlurry) for 99p and I had one - it was delicious. I took a menu from the very friendly owner who was polite, attentive and courteous.
I noticed on the menu that they did egg free brownies and cookie dough - which is a novelty in Leicester! Usually when a product doesn't have egg/other important ingredients, you are worried about the taste. Even so, I gave it a go.
I went a few times with a group of friends previously and went yesterday again - the desserts are too good! I had a eggless brownie with Kinder Bueno served with ice cream. It was DELICIOUS. I strongly recommend this.
The desserts are always spot on, the service is great and the price is worth it for the delicious desserts. Whenever we go, it is quite busy which is testament to the quality of the desserts. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed.
This place never fails to deliver. Whether you're collecting or getting your desserts delivered via deliveroo, customer service is always spot on. Got my milkshakes delivered yesterday and driver forgot to give me straws, gave them a quick call to express my concern. 2 minutes later the manager was at my door step with my straws and apologetic. Would definately recommend.

Waffles and shakes alway provide exceptional service as well as excellent desserts. Their most recent milkshake ‘Redbull Bubblegum’ is one of the best milkshakes ever. It sounds very weird but once you try it, you’ll always go back for it.

This place is amazing and offers the best share of dessert in Leicester. Amazing service and one of the very few that offers eggless waffles and brownies as well as variety of milkshakes, mocktails and many more. Awsome vibe and seating and cleanliness is 10 on 10. Staff is the kindest and offer a fabulous service which is swift. I'm a regular visitor from now on!!
