As a Canadian being from the land of Bagels, only complaint I have is they need to warm or retoast the begels before sending them out because I've gotten ice cold rock hard bagels on more than one occasion and it's not good. First time tried bagels. Bacon and egg with cheddar onion base, and smoked salmon with cheddar garlic base. Both were amazing. So were the people making them. Will try again another flavor.
