Had a very well presented room with king size bed and sofa in this well positioned hotel, stayed after a Rugby game at the Tigers stadium, which was only about 15 minutes walk away. Lot of decent seating in the bar area. Staff friendly and welcoming, had a meal in the Restaurant which was well cook
A great place to stay for accessibility to the railway station - literally 5 mins walk away - but untroubled by rail noise. Very pleasantly surprised by my stay: spacious, comfortable rooms, very good service on check-in/out and breakfast, and great breakfast selection! OK, so the corridors to the r
Food here is not cheap, but it's very good. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. I marked the room down by one ⭐ because the bath had high sides and no hand rail to help to get in and out, or to hold on to while taking a shower. I didn't feel safe. There was no non-
This is a wonderfully quirky hotel in a fantastic location for quick access to the city or the train station. I stay here for work quite a bit and have been around a lot of the rooms. They are always clean and well presented. Staff are kind and have been quick to offer support when I have needed it.
Absolute gem tucked away in the city centre with a minutes walk to the train station. Hotel staff are brilliant and acknowledge all guests. Rooms clean and really well presented. Building itself must have a lot of history as all rooms have high ceilings and plenty of space. Free WiFi too. Recommend
My friend and I regularly eat when she is staying over. The food is very tasty. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. Its all well-maintained. The rooms could be more modern but we like that it has some old charm. They are all very clean !!
No complaints except for the annoying wardrobe that talks as you walk by it. The kettle arrangement is a bit rubbish but overall, happy 😊 rm 135 fyi
The room was a good size. Plenty of choice at breakfast with cooked items being very well cooked. When we checked in there was a notice in reception warning of a private party with a disco which I was concerned about as I have been to hotels before which were very noisy. However I needn't have worri

Reasonably central hotel with free parking. Fantastic breakfast, varied options including freshly made ones, also for vegetarians, had salmon with fried haloumi and scrambled eggs. Also croissants, cereal, yoghurt with fruit. Didn't need lunch after that :) Room quite large, bathroom with bath, was
Absolutely wonderful! This hotel is just a delight and the staff are incredible and cannot help enough. Service is sensational. Photographed a couple of weddings here and the most recent was just brilliant. Sian who is the wedding planner and events host was just fantastic. So warm, friendly and hap
Excellent location. Near to station and De Montford Hall. Excellent price. Staff very friendly. Very clean and quiet. Food was delicious. Highly recommend
Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff are attentive and explain how to navigate the hotel. The bar prices are reasonable and the bar person was chatty (always a plus for a lone guest). The rooms are spacious and well laid out. I have stayed 5 times now and never been let down. 10 minute walk to the
Great hotel, with good rates if you book direct with the hotel. Large car park at rear, but satnav takes you to front entrance which has limited parking and no turning space.
Food was amazing with awesome friendly staff that would do anything to enhance your stay..plus very quirky comfortable rooms...what more could you ask for!!!
I travelled with a friend to attend Ladies Day at the races. We had 2 nights there. The hotel is very nice and the staff very friendly and approachable. Breakfast both days was fantastic. There is the usual toast, cereals, pastries, juices etc. You order your main breakfast separately. The cooked br
Excellent location with restaurants on your doorstep. The biggest perk however was the free on site parking. I'd say the stay exceeded our expectations. All staff were friendly and willing to help. We stayed in the Richard III suite which had great interior and decor. Plenty of light coming into the
