I go almost every Saturday with my partner and mum in law for a drink and take part in the karaoke. You don't need to drink obsessive amounts of alcohol to have a good time Been going since September and it's become a very nice environment to me

Excellent heritage pub with 3 separate rooms. No phone in pub. Opening hours Fri/Sat 1200-0100. Rest 1200-1200.no real ale. Well worth visiting. Excellent prices for drinks

Was pleasantly surprised when I visited the Napier again as I hadn't been in here for some time back when it had a name for being a rough place to go, but got to say when I've visited recently on a number of occasions the staff have been friendly and polite the atmosphere has been chilled and relaxed with a variety of different aged people having a quite drink and enjoying themselves. Also have to say during this covid crises the staff seem to be following the guidelines to the best they can. So thumbs up from me.
