Really impressed with this service station. Used it as a stop-off point half way through a very long slow journey with our 12 month old. The food court was clean, had plenty of good, clean high chairs, and a 'baby station' with microwave, bottle warmer, wipes etc. The staff couldn't have been more helpful- someone had come to wipe over our table to 'make it nice & clean for the baby' within minutes of us arriving- and another came & tidied away our highchair for us whilst we juggled a wriggling baby & multiple bags. During our lunch, we witnessed one of the staff clearing & saving a suitable table for a lady with twins, whilst her colleague brought over 2 high chairs. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again, the facilities & cheerful, excellent staff made an awful journey much easier.

My son loves it here .we come every school holidays for a burger king. He has autism and loves to watch the traffic whilst he has dinner.

A different environment in a busy road way for chillout, take a break area. Had soy latte and hot chocolate with vanilla and orange and chocolate with vanilla ice and cream cheese frosting and chocolate cake and chocolate chip cookies and cookies cake and the strawberry shortcake and cake and vanilla cake. Amazing taste.

Polite servers. Fast service. Prefer the taste of McDonald's hot chocolate. Brownies very nice. Espresso was tasty strength was just right. Nice break off the M1.

One of the better Starbucks in my opinion. Plenty of space to sit down, the staff are friendly too. There is a great collection of mugs and other Starbucks items available to purchase.

Very friendly fast service, I love the traditional sandwich with bacon, or the sausage one, I love all the hot drinks and the staff know what they are doing. No down side. Tip to bring out the flavor of your cofee add some salt. Not a full sachet but a little makes the coffee taste great 😋

Nice place to have a business meeting and grab a coffee...Or just pass through with your family when you need that caffeine fix. Services are loud places, but once inside the space is calm, inviting and comfortable.

Very nice staff, similar to other Starbucks with good stocks. Once they let us take the children into the toilet after a long journey. Definitely recommend as a quick stop.

Nice Starbucks as part of the services. Right next to the Shell patrol station. Make sure you visit first as moving from fuel to eating is not possible. Single stall toilet available. It's a drive through, so even if it looks empty, the staff will be busy attending to the cars outside.

On Friday 1st March, I stupidly left a blue back pack with valuable and very personal effects in the seating area to the left up the steps. I realised this after about ten minutes and sprinted back. Fortunately, it had been handed in and kept in the manager's office. Thank goodness for decent honest people. The Starbucks staff were so helpful; even tho I must have looked like I was having a heart attack. Thanks. Graham Martin

Great coffee, parking available right outside. This was excellent as i was on a motorcycle which was packed up with bags fro camping weekend so i could see it the whole time. Toilet available in the building too.
