It is a lovely place to go it easy to get to and the staff are very friendly and helpful keep up the good work food is lovely and i will be back aging and aging thanks
Arrived very late on a Friday night at 11pm and wanted food after a show, other restaurants wouldn't serve us as kitchens were closing down, Nando's let our party of 7 in and were excellent with us we stayed til late and all are well. Thank you Nando's.
Popped in here at a busy Saturday lunch time with my wife in a wheelchair. Asked the reception how long the wait would be and was told 5 mins. 5 mins later we were seated at a nice table with a chair removed to make way for the wheelchaor. Food ordered promptly and delivered within minutes. The manager even helped my wife with the sauces which was nice. Food was hot and tasty. Will defo go again soon.
Waited 15 mins for a table in rush hour, food quick and tasty then off to the cinema for the girls and football for the boys!!
I love Nando's in highcross it is well set out in the store and the staff are very friend and the food did not take long too come out and tasted lovely I would go back again and again
I love the chicken butterfly, hummus, corn, thigh chicken etc etc. Actually I love everything over here. All the sauces are great over here. Nando’s is amazing. The best place for Chicken lovers. ❤️
This was my second visit here and the experience was not that great. We were in total 8 guests and they missed serving one of the guest by approx 10-15 mins.. not good service though.. about the food.. it was great and loved it..
Apart from the 'in-theme' decorations in each and every Nandos restaurant, it would also be worth commending the consistently good customer service. Despite the lack of order-taking from the staffs upon seating, all dishes would be served to your table. In addition, the waiter/waitress would come round to your table and check that everything is going 'okay' with your meal. We thought that was a courtesy call worth emulating. You would however need to collect your own set of cutlery and serviettes. Not a big deal really, but it would perhaps not quite be a man's dating venue, where both the gent and lady expect to get serve and well-pampered.
Nando's can never disappoint when you want a quick meal
This time we got the Garlic Churrasco Burger, Wing Roulette and the Boneless Chicken Thighs.
The burger is new on the menu that has grilled chicken thighs with pickled onions, Churrasco PERinaise served between Garlic Bread Buns that was light and such a treat.
We got the chicken thighs with the new Smoky Churrasco spice and the 10 pieces Wing Roulette has all levels of spices and you never know what you get when you pick up a wing.
Fantastic service! Most of the food was great. The chicken just needed longer on the grill and a tad more sauce. Place could do with a slight clean although the cobwebs are quite apt at this time of the year!
Really nice environment, food is amazing , definitely recommend as I've been here for a few occasions and have always had a lovely time.

Another day another eat out in Leicester, wanted to try somewhere to eat other than London Road. So headed over to the other side of Leicester city centre.
For me its been a long time that I’ve been at a Nando's, so I forgotten how it all works in Nandos. Went inside, a friendly and helpful staff member approached me. I explained to him that I’ve been in a Nando's before but I forgot the ordering process. The kind staff member explained to me how the ordering process works and he went above and beyond to help me out.
After this he took me to my table, he presented with me the Main menu and drinks menu. I went for the four boneless chicken thighs this comes with two sides, I chose chips and flavoured rice both of these were regular portions. And regards to the drinks I chose the bottomless option, as per my favourite the classic coke.
The food was to be expected between fine to good quality. However the four boneless chicken thighs, were only the front part of the thigh and not the other parts of meat, which I found this not value for money. Maybe I was better off ordering the ½ chicken.
My experience here at Nando’s is a good one, but you may need steep pockets when purchasing their food.

Love Nandos! I am a chicken guy myself, so I always enjoy anywhere I can get really nice and spicy chicken. I got the family platter, and it had this really nice 2 whole chickens and large side dishes. I and my crew were really hungry, lol, so the side wasn't enough for us, so I mentioned it to the guy serving us food. To my surprise, he gave me a free regular side, and that made my day. Never had such happen to me before.
Besides, the ambience was really cool, the staff are professional and friendly and I had a nice time there. Nice place to take family and really kids friendly too.
I have been to this Nando’s many times with my family and husband and it has always been a fantastic experience. The team are always friendly, polite and the restaurant is always clean. I love the food is always fresh and hot whether eating in or ordering to take out. A particular mention to the manager Ben, who has always made the experiences enjoyable. He is always warm, welcoming and friendly; as well as going above and beyond to sort any issues with regards to orders
Love this place and the atmosphere but don't like the questionable queueing for table. Wen I saw plenty of free tables but were dirty... But that downside. Upside.. Food great and come fairly quick..
Price wise is a bit on the expensive side and mate said afrikaans has same food.. But good thing about nando's is plenty of sauces on tap.. Lovely jubly
Food was great, portion sizes were just right, didn't have to wait long for anything. Lovely atmosphere and extra helpful staff, nothing was too much for them to sort out.
The service in Nando’s Highcross was so great, the place is so cozy and has a friendly atmosphere.
The staff are very gentle and polite to customers not just me but other customers too.
A lady called Suzanne served me and she’s such a helpful person, she was smiling and serving me she’s gave me a 10/10 service.

I take my grandbabies to Nandos on the regular. It's a lot healthier than a happy meal & literally costs a pound or so more for the Nandinos menu. Always Fresh, hot & tasty. My 10 grandbabies love the unlimited frozen yogurt too. Yummy !
It was ok. As usual, you have to wait for a bit despite empty tables. I give a 3 for food because I consider that two of the sides I ordered were way too short. One of them was brocoli, and I got just two stems of it, really? Then I also ordered two bowls of rice, and it wasn't full 🙃 .
