I have always been buying savouries from Ambicas for the last 35 years. And almost what I have required have always been the best in taste and texture. The service is good. The staff are very polite.
The best sweet shop in the UK, whenever I come to Leicester I come to Ambicas because I cannot get sweets as good anywhere else. The shop has been around for 6 generations since the 1800s and the owner is truly lovely. I honestly cannot recommend it enough
The food at this place is lovely! We specially like the vada pav from here. I went on Diwali time(New Year day) and they had a plate of Jalebi for customers visiting. Very thoughtful! The staff are very friendly and helpful too. Definitely recommend it!!
Fantastic place for indian snacks. We regularly travel from Nottingham to get indian/gujrati snack from here which are always bursting with so many spicy flavours. Service is amazing makes you feel as if your visiting a friends place. Thank you Ambica for existing and hope to visit you again soon.
