Was in highcross today popped in for a quick Erin had my daughter with me she chose a pink unicorn one the gentleman who served us didn't catch his name very professional personalised service. I highly recommend a visit especially when he is there wow blown away just a donut but what amazing service and just shows there are some super genuine helpful people in the world. Made my day for sure and my daughters especially

The donuts were really nice however customer service needs improving.I felt that the lady serving us was slightly rude and it felt as if she didn’t want to serve us.
I love the donuts here but the reason it's 4 because every time this 1 lady is there I have a voucher on the app and she keeps on saying that you can't use vouchers in this store even thought I went the day before and I was able to use them. I buy these things with smiles.
Krispy Kreme Highcross offers fantastic doughnuts and excellent customer servuce! All the staff are friendly as I go every week for fundraising and they are helpful and polite. I'd like to mention Connor and Megan as I see them most Fridays I go there and they both greet and smile everytime!! Thank you for your wonderful service!!
Ordered a milkshake for my son and realised I left my wallet in the car and they would not accept cash, they saw how upset my son was and gave him the milkshake for free! How very thoughtful and totally unexpected, so very pleased with the gesture.

One of our favourite sugarlands :D Donuts are amazing. Mainly I love the Lotus one, but also strawberry and lemon is delicious.Have a hot drink and 2 donuts in discount or buy dozen + dozen of the glaced ones. They have delivery of fresh doughnuts everyday. Finally, If you like a lot this place, make a customer card.
It's the best doughnut and drink place ever I've been to many doughnut places and dink shops but it doesn't overtake their deliciousness. I really recommend this place😍love it. It is officially my favourite place to have snacks now.
