Buttercups Tearoom - Leicester - Photo album

A very pleasant stop for coffee, cake, light lunches, etc. Some unusual options too, such as avocado and courgette GF cake. Set in nice grounds with alpacas goats and geese. Only downside was the smell of chips or similar cooking - maybe ventilation could be better.
I've visited several times now and have always enjoyed the various facilities. I had a particularly good experience this morning when a man who works/owns/ runs it (sorry I didn't get a name) reassured me that my two very excitable and loud dogs were very welcome at our booked enclosed field appoint
I hate knocking off a star. I'll start with the positives. Food was lovely, great selection for a nice lunch stop. Large barn for seating. Great you can feed the animals £1 a bag, lovely touch for a tea room. Lots of cake to choose from (would of been better if they were labeled) Very helpful when b
Most enjoyable. The staff (Richard especially) were very pleasant. We went for an alpaca walk and it was most relaxing and rewarding. They are lovely animals and happy to walk with us. Afterwards we went into the cafe and, again, the staff were pleased to see us and the food was fresh and well cooke
We bring our dogs here to have a run off the lead. It cost £10 for an hour and the field is locked off and fenced off the whole way around. We even had food and drinks brought out to us. The dogs absolutely love it
Lovely big barn conversion into a tea room, well thought out and great furniture. Food was delicious. My only criticism is there wasn't any menu's on the tables and the cakes weren't labelled in the cabinet. Not everyone likes to ask about prices or food availability. They have a secure paddock for

Lovely place, free parking, great for kids and good access for wheelchairs. Tearoom was lovely and a good selection on offer. I loved the animals, dave the alpaca was fab and loves a walk. The dog grooming, doggie daycare and dog training facilities are amazing and the staff are great. ❤️
Nice big car park, lots of animals to walk past on the way to the cafe...it's a modern barn with nice views of the countryside, nice clean toilets...it's dog friendly too... We had cheese and onion toasties..simple food .... What sets this apart is they used decent quality cheese...the coffee was go
Had a stop here today 17th Feb 2023 whilst driving around the countryside with a few other cars. The car park is very large and easy to access. The tea room is in a purpose built large barn fitted out with tables chairs and so comfy sofas. They have a hot food menu and today had six huge lovely look
