We have been to Frankie Bennies in the Highcross four times in the last three weeks and each time we have been very impressed. The service is fantastic and the food has been lovely each time. We would highly recommend the Big Breakfast, its amazing value for money and the bacon is to die for....the best I have ever had. The coffee is wonderful and as many refills as you want, we were even offered one to take out with us this morning.....well done Frankie and Bennies......we will be back next week!!!!
We had a family share that came out at £6 each. Beautiful big pastas and a big pita. The wine was good the dessert wAs good . Lovely to sit out eating and drinking .

Today on Father's Day, my family and I had a delightful dinner at Francie & Bunny's. We were thoroughly impressed with the delicious food we ordered, with the exception of the BBQ chicken pizza, which had an overly sweet taste that didn't suit our palate. However, the rest of our selections were outstanding. The kids' menu offered a delectable chicken burger, fries, and a brownie with ice cream, which the kids absolutely loved.
One standout dish was the ultimate mac n cheese pasta, which was simply amazing. We also decided to try the arrabbiata pizza, and it didn't disappoint either; the flavors were fantastic. Additionally, we couldn't resist ordering the garlic bread with cheese, which turned out to be a truly flavorful and satisfying choice. I highly recommend it.
The staff at Francie & Bunny's was exceptional, displaying promptness, attentiveness, and friendliness throughout our meal. Their service was truly commendable. Furthermore, the restaurant's ambiance provided a warm and inviting family environment, adding to our overall dining experience.
Based on our delightful experience, we are definitely planning to return to Francie & Bunny's in the future.
This was a good place for a meal out, but I did not feel that my meal (the carbonara) was worth the price for the portion size. The carbonara was good, but I expected a little more of it, the cocktail was good and service was friendly
Family of 6 which included 4 kids and worked out to be about £25 per head which given that included 2 steaks and a salmon dish.. i didnt think that was overly expensive, great service our waiter was fabulous and it was a lovely evening out. If I had to pick 1 fault the music was a little loud and it felt like we were shouting sometimes but that's maybe me getting old 😀 will certainly be returning. Oh and my son the bathroom conisour rated the bathroom very clean and comfortable.
The server was very nice and quick. He brought our drinks over speedily and was always friendly. The food was great. My partners spaghetti carbonara was delightful, and my pizza with extra extra chillis was to die for. Definitely going to be coming again 😁
Great American themed restaurant with lots of sports memorabilia stuck to the walls. I don't think it's owned by Frank & Benny but I could be wrong. Food is decent most of the time. The odd occasion we get the pizza base burnt . The shakes are nice and free parking outside.
We went for my hubby's birthday. We absolutely loved it there. Not been for a very long time.
Food was excellent. Fresh and tasty.
Kids menu was excellent. Such a great choice plus vegetarian and vegan options.
There was an activity sheet and a set of pencils crayons too!
All staff really friendly and attentive.
I requested to one staff that it was my husband birthday and could be have a cake and candle. They brought it to us with a happy birthday song.
Thank you 😍😊🤗
Went for my son's birthday as a treat, the staff were lovely, and efficient. We only waited for a short time for our meal which was nice, only downside is they seem to have removed battered fish (cod/hake etc) from the menu which was a shame

Excellent service here, the food was delicious and the waitress was lovely.
She handled our large table (12 diners) with ease.
Great family atmosphere, friendly efficient staff and good food to boot.
Good wheelchair and pushchair accessibility throughout the restaurant. They do a good children's menu too.
Pleasingly surprised by the good food! I last dined in this restaurant about a year ago as was disappointed. However on my recent visit last weekend we gave it a chance since it was a Friday evening and the food was good. We had the new York pizza and hot dog, for the price we really enjoyed it. Pizza base came out freshly baked. Dessert was abit overrated and my cookie dough came out more on the burnt side but service was great throughout. For the price wasn’t a bad meal.
Good service(most), good atmosphere and there are bound to be someone’s birthday and my son loves the birthday song.
Basically the F&B’s was on our black list after we had breakfast in the town one and that was 2 years ago. We recently moved near to the M1 and discover some offers on the F&B app so we wanna give it a go... and that was an excellent move. We now dine at this place at least once a week (sometimes 3 times a week)
We have tried most of the dishes from menu and our conclusion is... “pasta” and “pizza” we can forget the rest. But you might like “the rest” I found the hotdog was okay but it was burnt and so the bread was hardrock. The chicken and rib super dry. Burgers nothing special. Ceasar salad with chicken I must admit that was the worse salad ever, soggy and tasteless, the next day I bought a bag of Ceasar salad from Sainsbury for £1.50 (on sale as near expiration date) it was 100 times better than the one in F&B, it was crunchy and sweet.
But overall we still love the pasta and pizza there, he “family feast” is a super great deal so we don’t even use any vouchers from the app anymore.
Friendly and efficient customer service by the team. Location was clean and tidy. The vegan meatballs and Mac and Cheese resembled the real thing closely. No issues.
Tasty breakfasts, very filling and reasonable value for money. We went when they were running a promotion so it was far cheaper. One star knocked off because when we asked for the bill we received it, and then sat there for ages while nobody actually let us pay - it was the longest I've ever waited. Eventually we managed to call someone over, but because we were seated out of the way, nobody came close enough for about 10 minutes. Still, overall a positive experience.
Absolutely 💯 great, yes some people might say pricey but you get alot for what u spend so its totally worth it.plus there is deals you can get. There plenty of food and drinks to choose from and the staff are lovely. There are toilets there to.over all its great to go with friends and love ones.
