I have been to most of the top curry houses in leicester and this one wins hands down. If you dont like spice dont bother. Full of indian families now that says it all for me. Top top top.

Crown Hills is our local pub. Pub staff are extremely friendly and do their jobs very well. Atmosphere is decent and is a good place for a decent drink. Very busy in the restaurant though and restaurant staff are not always the most friendly.
There was no compromise on food by them and I would say customer service was good but still could have been better specially while ordering food. We have to call them twice or maybe thrice that we are ready to give an order. If you need something, you have to tell them at least twice about it. However, the food was good and staff was friendly so no complaints on it whatsoever.
It has been a while since i last visited the Himalayas in my home city of Leicester... but there is no disappointment from us on quality of food or service. Indeed, we rolled up late - no problem - with a few extra diner - no problem!
The food was first class full of flavour and reasonably priced. Service excellent. 13 of us visited including one child. All enjoyed an excellent meal. I will definitely back! Thanks again

I don't review much but when I do I have a good reason too. Himalayas is an excellent family restaurant their service is A1 and food is fantastic. I wouldn't believe many of the low star reviews because its completely opposite to their opinions.
One of my favorite places in Leicester that has survived the treacherous pandemic. Food was delicious with superb service and wait staff. Was very impressed 👍 that the owners employed and encouraged hiring local college students to wait on patrons.
Good atmosphere, great food and good service. Big portions and very good value for money! Definitely recommended.

The manager was very accommodating and very sociable. The food was 10/10 and very authentic. Definitely rated amongst some of the best places to get Indian/Nepalese food from in the Midlands and next time I'm in Leicester I will visit again.

Constantly not listening to what we said, tried to bring our mains out 9 times in a row, before we wanted it. Just wouldn't listen. Thankfully the food was out of this world, and made up for these errors.

One of the best tasting curry houses in Leicester! Absolutely bursting with flavour with friendly jolly service from staff!! Mix grill sizzlers are a must, especially the himalayan sizzler! Great great place to eat! Just be wary of parking as the car park is quite small so you do park on the road, ensure you don't block driveways! Other than parking this place is a must visit!!! Enjoy! ✨🙌💯
