Honestly it's the best pizza hut I've been too. It was warm in temperature and the service was brill. The moment I walked through the door I was approached by very nice staff. I will definitely be going back!
Love the mobile app ordering, makes it so much easier. The staff were great at helping me get what I needed and providing a box for the food i didn’t eat.
Table booking over the phone was quick and easy. The staff were brilliant. The seating area was clean and tidy . The children's colouring was a great distraction for the two children in the group.
My family really enjoyed the pizzas and I made the most of the salad bar! The prices were the big let down very expensive £75 for 4 people.
Still a good and safe lunch buffet. Nice veggie options. More pricey now - £8.99. Enjoyed. Felt safe and tables were spaced out. Would have preferred for front of house staff to wear face mask.
I definitely highly recommend to come to Thurmaston Pizza Hut the staff are well trained and give good service, the food is well cooked and they give the correct order. The environment is very well done .
Brilliant experience today. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Busy but they managed to keep up. Shout out to the 2 managers as they did a fantastic job.
One of the best Pizza Huts Ive been too, the staff are super friendly and have never had a bad experience with them. The pizzas are also great, they do the Big New Yorker just right!
What a brilliant place! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. We were greeted by Graham who has got be one of the nicest service staff we have ever met! along with a lovely Scottish lady (sorry we didn't get her name) the place was spotless and the food was super yummy and fresh. We had the buff

Honestly the best customer service from team Thurmaston! Pizza Hut as a brand should recognise this branch/team for consistency in there customer care and service.

Fantastic service, even though it was extremely busy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food came quickly. Impressed.
Nice location but they need more staff. The menu I find to be quite expensive if you do not choose to eat there lunch buffet. The real star of the show is the cookie dough desserts. Really under rated in my opinion. The cookie dough sharing portion is a must next time you go down! Amazing stuff
