Absolute delight to take your kids to Whippe Gelato, my kids just love it . Friendly staff, great service & amazing desserts.

Staff are super helpful and checked up on us multiple times. Offered great advice on vegan alternatives (also offer so many vegan alternatives such as the sorbet, vegan waffles and crepes) ☺️

Having two huge scoops of salted caramel & pistachio, I thought I would stuggle to finish it, but it was so delicious I managed it. There was o sickliness either. Definitely recommend this place to everyone. Well done to all involved. 11/10!!
Been here three times in the last 1-2 months....great service, great waffles, great cocktails, great sundaes, and great tea! Overall excellent....can't wait to go again!!!

I went there yesterday for the first time since they opened. Fast and friendly service and the cappuccino and ice cream cake were both delicious. They do really good deals too and have a big selection of desserts along with other items. Definitely worth a visit if you still haven't been.

They got a wide range of ice cream flavours to choose from. I love the fresh baked cookie dough and waffles with fresh fruit as topping.
Inside the shop, it's beautifully decorated and clean and the staff is brilliant.
The price is also very fair compared to others!
Very clean, the staff were friendly and the service was speedy. I had a kinder bueno crepe; it was gorgeous! I like the fact the drinks are in glass bottles - very retro and added to the classic parlour feeling. The food is good value for money and tastes delicious!
We live next door to the place. I recently caught them on a bad day as their cookie dough wasn't quite what I expected. I usually get my desserts from this place, their food quality is usually at a high standard. Plus their customer service is number one I highly recommend as my experience was wonderful :)

Heaven at the Heart of Town. The only dessert parlour in Leicester with the widest variety of Gelato Ice Cream which are also “made fresh in the Shop.” Not only that, they cater for Vegans. The Vegan Cookie is absolutely remarkable (if you are vegan). Staff are nice and helpful and the shop is clean with explicit decor.
Best Experience! Absolutely recommend. If you ever go on the weekend, it does get busy but it’s definitely worth the wait 👍🏻

After having a very poor experience at Creams, Sundaes Gelato turned that frown upside down! Maybe smaller and not as fancy compared fo Creams, but excellent customer service and good dessert! What more can you want? The Coffee Bean Frappe was amazing, a must try if you love coffee!

Very good. Great choice. Staff really kind. Witnessed a staff member give a free Ice cream a member of the homeless. Amazing staff.Their customer service is number one I highly recommend this place for everyone wonderful :)

Excellent food and customer service. Ordered through just eat and we were deliver cold food late, however after a quick phonecall they delivered fresh and hot waffles instantly, brilliant service

Lots of flavours of gelato and sobets to choose from you will be spoilt for choice. Very clean and plenty of places to sit. You can have sundaes, waffles, crepes and just scoops of gelato. Fairly reasonably priced. Drinks also available along with cakes too.
