first visit today...well mannered,friendly staff....the food was beautiful..couldn't finish it lol...real chips...loved it we'll go again for sure!!
Fast decent service. Food is usually well prepared. And a good selection.
Food here is always nice. The supreme fillet burger meal is a good one to buy. The drive through is fast and efficient. Chicken tastes nice. They only do chips. The don't have fries. The guys at the drive through can do with some customer service training.
Good clean restaurant with a decent choice of fast food at a good price with some very good offers.
Good access for disabled users and free parking.
Dropped a star as the menu is rather limited if you are vegetarian, it's primarily for carnivores!
Nice Halal CERTIFIED outlet with delicious burgers. Didn't order meal deal as it was an extra £1.50 for a portion of chips and a drink. The burger alone wasn't filling and small in size. I always find it busy. Its family friendly. I found staff very helpful. They keep baby chairs which come very handy to settle the baby for a calm and pleasant meal. The view is fantastic. Nice car park. Prices are super good for me as you can land a burguer for £1.
Good burgers and chips, not oily well cooked, also has a good variety of other things...good place to eat in with your family or friends.
The drive thru has is a very good service, very convenient.
Overall customer service is good and so is the price!
The food here is good. I tend to use it late at night. My biggest bug bare is that 23:00 onwards, (still 2 hours before closure) things start to stop. So you may have to ask what's available.
However during the day, take the kids and have a splendid meal.
I'm surprised by all the negative feedbacks people have given Big Johns as they're a decent takeaway. They're definitely not a restaurant as you can tell by the menu it's a takeaway. Cheap and cheerful. Private parking makes it easier go there at any time fo the day. A bit slow on the service at times. Overall a good place to fill ur stomach on the cheap side.
