Service was fairly quick, we had a latte and a hot chocolate. My son wanted a luxury hot chocolate bit they'd run out of Belgian chocolate or something. We had a cookie, which was pretty good, and some blueberry muffin cheesecake which was pretty dry, and was smaller than the pieces they had on display. Overall, it was ok, but overpriced

Good place to chill out with your friends and family for a good coffee. Being a 3 network customer, I get one free coffee every week which is good. Place looks decent and the customer service is appreciable.

Visited Saturday pm, and there were a few tables free. There is outside seating to. Additional seating available downstairs and w.c. I think the drinks here are a little more expensive than other coffee shops but worth it as they seem a bit more luxurious. The shelves for food and soft drinks were well stocked. The Downside is slow service, and tables needed cleaning down with used cups collecting.

Hold onto your coffee cups because Caffe Nero in City Center, Leicester, is brewing pure magic! The Americano unleashed a tantalizing aroma that beckoned my senses with open arms. The beans were on point, resulting in a flawless brew that had me head over heels! First-timer's luck struck, and I couldn't be happier! The baristas' skills were like a coffee symphony in action. And the vibes? Oh, so cozy and friendly – like meeting old friends over a cuppa! To the stellar team at Caffe Nero, keep sprinkling that caffeinated enchantment! It's safe to say, I'm under your coffee spell! 👌☕🪄

The staff didn't manage to clean the tables after the customers because they were really busy. Every time I visit your cafe I notice that the tables are not cleaned, they are full of used glasses. I don't consider this a fault of the staff because I see them working nonstop.

Had a hot chocolate and raspberry croissant which were delightful. The Florentine mocha and tiramisu were a huge hit with my son. Friendly staff and the place was immaculate Will definitely visit again

Very cozy and warm environment! This Caffe Nero is located right in the centre of town. The aesthetics is cozy perfect for family /social gatherings, meetings and even a quiet drink by yourself. There is two floors so plenty of different seats/sofas available. We treated ourselves to hot chocolates with all the trimmings! Very delicious, however I noticed the cream was quite bitter, I'm assuming they just don't sweeten their cream which is fine as the marshmallows and chocolate provide plenty of sweetness. The caramel shortbread was also a success! Plenty of other hot drink options aswell as food items including sandwiches , toasties and soup to name afew.

I like your Loughborough and Leicester Haymarket and nice clean and friendly staff and clean toilets and I. Like one high one street Leicester City center and give staff and place 10/10 for cleanses from garry whiting from Leicester
