If you are looking for an authentic Indian taste, this restaurant is a must. They have 6 live kitchens and huge variety of dishes to cater their guests. The ambience is nice and warm with an auto rikshaw cum salad bar. They serve mouthwatering Chaats, Pani Puri etc. Also the starters and tikkas are amazing, you can also enjoy nice live South Indian sambhar idli and dosa. There is a live indo Chinese counter which serves delicious Chinese street chowmein. I was bit disappointed on the mains as the taste was not that authentic but I loved the dhokla served by them. Also, they have a huge range of desserts for the sweet-tooth guests starting from different types of cakes to gulab jamun and kheer.

Amazing food and great services. They kept asking after every dish if it is fine. Loved glass noodles salad. Rice and noodles combination was nice. Would have been better with variety of sauces.

Getting to eat Indian food and having an Indian ambience, is pretty difficult in the UK. But fear not! Being in Leicester, you're at a save. Belgrave Road is filled with wonderful restaurants in any case, but if you want it all under one roof, head on to this place! You got the chat, you got the s outh Indian and North Indian mix, and you got the Indian desserts too! Pretty decently priced as well.

Would highly recommend this place. There is a good buffet spread across veg and non-veg, loved the chat as well! The staff are very kind and efficiently removed the old plates by the time we were back to the tables.

Amazing food. Mouth watering dishes. Excellent service. Hats off to the Chefs. Keep up the quality. We have traveled all way down from Redditch which is 60 miles away, but worth a drive.

One of the best buffet place in Leicester. A bit expensive but definitely worth the pay. As the name says Indian cuisine is the major one, but others are also good enough. Too many dishes, and couldn't even try everything.

The lovely place with all type of Indian cuisines... The buffet costs around 16 pounds per person; but it's worth to spend money for variety of and tasty food...

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Staff were excellent, food authentic, but you have to pic and choose what is right for you. I would highly recommend the starters counters, parking is only issue, but for Friday evening we were a party of eight with differnet tastes, and each one of us said we would return and give this restaurant 100% for not over spiced but good authentic indian cooking . Would have preferred the waiters to tell new users where everything is. We never got as far as the main course because starters were amazing. Well Done, lets have more of the same in other cities especially nottingham

Fresh flavours, unbelievable amtomsphere....great night. We decided to try out Feast India for my birthday and I can say it was one of the bests nights in my life. We were greeted by a warm welcome at the door and were straight away shown to our table. The first thing I noticed was the buzzing atomsphere in the place, not too quiet where there is no atomsphere and not too loud, where you cant hear one another at the table. We ordered our drinks and decided to go explore all the flavours and dishes that Feast India has to offer. I was blown away by the unique flavours of the food and was once again impressed at the speed at which my food was being prepared. The food was fantastic and was such good value for money..definately will be coming back again! I thought the night couldn't get any better but at the end, a cake was brought out for my birthday and that just topped everything off!! All in all the fresh unique flavours coupled with the electric atomsphere...this is a place to visit more than just once in your lifetime!!!!!!!!

This place is hot hot HOT!. This is a great place to eat, especially in large groups. All the cooking is done in the central kitchen which is surrounded by the buffet. There's nowhere to hide for these chefs, but they don't need to. Everything is delicious and Feast caters for all tastes. The buffet menu at around £15 is great value, and after 4 visits to the trough, you'll know you've had your money's worth.
If I were to be picky I would say the luxury ice cream bar is a waste of space and the car park gets full quickly at busy times, but I'm not. It's a delight.

Great selection of food, large dining area, excellent service and atmosphere (there is a huge, wall size pic of the bay of bombay/ Mumbai, with modern bollywood music in the background). Great value for money. Pay it a visit and take your time to taste the variety of foods on offer. The best Indian buffet on Leicester by far!

It must be pretty obvious now that the best stuff to eat in Leicester is South Asian food. There was a lot of immigration to the city in the last century and the majority of the immigrants were of South Asian origin and thus, there are now a lot of Asian restaurants from which to pick. Many of these are situated along Belgrave Road. My brother took us to one much further down Belgrave Road, where it changes to Melton Road. Here was a stand-alone building housing Feast India, a very popular buffet restaurant. I had no idea what to expect of Feast India but it wasn’t this! The place was big with lots of different counters (each given a cheesy name) and it was absolutely packed with diners made up of families and friends and work groups. Behind each of the counters was a man (or a small army of men) preparing fresh food. There was such variety but you still may not see what I got to try that night – my brother told me that a lot of the curries are under rotation. Let’s have a look around

Feast India in Leicester offers a diverse culinary experience with its buffet spread. As a vegetarian, I was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of vegetarian dishes available, catering generously to different dietary preferences. While the restaurant boasts a wide selection of options, the overall quality of the food was average. Some dishes stood out for their flavours, but others lacked the exceptional taste I anticipated. What truly impressed me was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and contributed significantly to a positive dining atmosphere. Moreover, the convenience of on-site parking was a definite plus, making the visit hassle-free and adding to the overall convenience of dining here. In summary, Feast India offers a decent dining experience with an extensive array of vegetarian dishes, supported by excellent service and convenient on-site parking. With a focus on enhancing the quality of their offerings, it has the potential to elevate its dining experience to a higher level. Thank you for providing a welcoming environment and a diverse array of culinary choices. I look forward to potentially visiting again in the future.

We went on a busy day. No wonder as soon as it was open people were queuing for reservations. The buffet system is way too good. The love of the Indo-Chinese food counter and dosa counter was exceptional. The main course, salads, biryani, and desserts were really authentic in taste. I loved the Malvani chicken we had there which is rare to find in any Indian restaurants in the UK. It was worth travelling to Leicester from Nottingham to have such nice food. Overall a really nice experience and not to mention the staff was really good and polite. :)

This is a very spacious restaurant with lods of seating inside and doesn't look clutter even in peak hours. Not only variety but the quality and taste is really good as well, good quality Indian food with authentic taste.

Easy to book a table. It does get very busy in the restaurant. Waiters are friends. There is plenty of food to choose from from vegetarian to meat. All the dishes are clearly labelled for dietary purposes. Would recommend if you enjoy Indian food.

Lovely food, the closing times are incorrect, this restaurant closes at 22:00. The staff are pushy and put you in a rush to leave, upon arriving we were greeted to be advised “you know the kitchen closes at 22:00” which is very off putting. Then around 21:45 we were given our bill to pay, without asking. At this point staff are closing up, tables are being put away and you feel under pressure to leave. Food is lovely, but staff can make it feel unwelcoming. Make it clear on your website the kitchen closes at 22:00 and you must be pay up by 21:45.

All you can eat, yes its a buffet. You got a 2-hour slot to have your meal (do keep that in mind). A must try. Travelled miles to have food from Feast India and was definitely NOT disappointed. Would definitely recommend this food place. Got a huge variety of food. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff are very helpful and friendly. They have live station's of food, which help you to add or remove ingredients from your dishes. Definitely kids and family friendly. Hope this helps. Thanks. ££ £ - Good Value For Money. ££ - Reasonable. £££ - Extra. ££££ - Inflated.

Excellent variety of food on the menu. Non-veg items are very tasty and fresh. Unlike some other restaurants they don't make food less spicy to appeal to western customers. L

Visited here with my colleagues. Ambience was really nice and colourful. We had to book ahead. Also, there's a £10/head deposit for tables bigger than 15 people. Food is buffet styled. There are so many options from starters to mains to desserts. The food I felt could be tastier. It's a good place to have an event for about 20-25 people. Small tip: go hungry! I'll definitely be going back there soon. Good value for money.

Choice of foods for the price and well organised. All the dishes well presented with labels. Good politely customer service. I thought I was on early before 6pm for dinner, but the seats are nearly full on Sunday and car park was full. I am vegetarian and even I have more than 75% dishes and choices were for vegetarians. But, very less food items for vegan. Also choices of drinks.

Feast of India provided the catering services for our daughter's Indian wedding. The vegetarian food was delicious, and all the guests remarked how tasty it was. From serving the canapés, the station starters , the mains, and the trio of desserts made the whole experience memorable. The catering staff were also very courteous and attentive to the needs of our guests. Thank you, Tony, for making this special occasion so memorable.
