Been here a few times with my friends. Every time we go we experience excellent customer service; their supervisor Jallow leads by example and creates a fun atmosphere. In particular Milan was very helpful and friendly. He took his time recommending items off the menu, he took customer service beyond what most would do by letting my friends and I try the different sauces that coat the sticky bites, making sure that we would enjoy our meal. I requested less mayo on my burger as sometimes it oozes out, Milan made my burger to my taste and brought our food over to our table for us. Every time we come and Milan is working he never fails to greet customers with a smile, I believe he has been working there for a while and based on his performance I hope you give this guy a raise.
The chicken bites which I had with the sticky sauce (as recommended by Milan) were very juicy and covered in the perfect amount of sauce. You could tell the burger was made to order it was very crispy, the bun was cooked well - very delicious. The fries were crispy and not like most places they arrived hot and freshly made. The vanilla milkshake was the perfect consistency and not too sweet.
Overall, I would recommend Boo Burger not only for the food but for the staff who go an extra mile to ensure you enjoy your meal.
Amazing customer service from the boy gokuul. Highly motivated and young charm, great food too. Helped us to get the best food there. Will come again just for that amazing kid to serve us

This is a nice place for having a fast food meal. The burger, fries and sides are really nice. Well cooked and clean environment. The staff are friendly and helpful too. The quality and taste is good. It comes well packaged and presented. It's a shame that the local branch to me in Birmingham is nothing like the Leicester branch which is 100x better in every aspect.
We went to Boo Burger Saturday afternoon and we were all at some point helped by Bilal who was super kind and friendly. Whenever we needed anything he was more than happy to help. He went above and beyond with helping me place the order on the Boo website. He was just absolutely brilliant, easy to communicate with and just a pleasure to be looked after by him. He also popped a boo sticker with happy birthday on the birthday girls burger which was really sweet of him. My mum and best friend vouch for this too who both came back to the table after speaking to him and said how lovely he is. I was at Boo Burger last week and even then he was very friendly, helpful, smiley and kind. The food was delicious as always but it was the excellent customer service that was a highlight.
This place has some amazing food, if your like me & don't like to eat bread I suggest try there chicken bites the buffalo flavour they are banging, so so succulent & flavoured. The cheesy chips are nice too. The staff are very informative & helpful & the food arrived quickly to perfection. If there's 1 thing I've been craving again since discovering this place is there sticky chicken bites 10/10 👍✔️
Had a Dinner today. Just got in at closing time and Staff welcomed us and entertained us at the closing time is really appreciated. Specially Mohammad one of the staff was really nice to us. Would definitely recommend to have good Beef Burgers.
Definitely the best smashed burger I’ve had and was worth the trip to Leicester. This burger was very different compared to others I’ve had, a flavour I’ve never had before and levels above the rest.
I also had the crinkle fries with nacho cheese sauce and they was really nice as well, didn’t expect the fries to be as good as they were.
I highly recommend you visit Boo burger if you haven’t already and I’ll definitely be back myself.
I enjoy their freshly made burgers and never leave disappointed. The photos here are from two different visits. The first time I tried their classic beef Angus burger with the side of chips and refillable drink. My husband ate their chicken burger on both occasions. On my last visit, I had the smoky beef burger with turkey rashers I think. It was amazing! Had the peanut butter milkshake as well and it was really worth the price as the taste was very peanut-y.
Went on the way to lake district from london and i’m so glad we stopped by. The burgers were amazing, all ingredients was so fresh. I had the date and banana milkshake and honestly one of the best milkshakes i’ve had. Even just the service alone was top noch, made us feel very welcome. Would definitely come again.
Drove quite far for this, and I have to say it was worth the miles. The food was sensational, affordable, and made with care and efficiency. I didn’t have to wait long to receive my order. The guys that work there are extremely skilled and work to take care of your order as quick as they can. I was quite surprised when my food arrived 5mins after I ordered, and not confident if the food I asked for would be delivered to good standards. Instead, it was fantastic! Really do recommend this place if you’re in Leicester.

I'm never disappointed with Boo! We're from London and we make special trips to eat here. Meat is always juicy. Fries are crispy. Portions are generous. Only downside is long queues during peak times but it's a given for a spot this good!
Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely BOO Burger in Leicester . The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in our mouth. I had the Chickaaboo burger and it was Absolutely the best burger i had in a while, also had some bites on the sides too they were firee!! Highly recommend!

I went here with my friends for a change of pace, and i was far from disappointed, the loaded chick chips were astounding in flavour, and mixed with a burger, it is the perfect serving to share. I highly recommend this place if you were to attend with a friend
As the burger box says "There's something about it" which makes us visit the store again and again. Best in the city in terms of quality and tasty food, great ambience, energetic and friendly staffs especially Fernando, Jallow, Mo, Rijo and Midhun who does a splendid job. The food is prepared faster with no compromise on quality and taste. Highly recommended to all burger lovers.
