Staff is present without being overly present. Open to suggestions . Food is yummy . Gluten free and vegan options. . Staff seems to be aware of allergies risk.
The sea food Linguini as very good. The White House was also good and went well the the mains.
The service as fast & Danial was extremely friendly & fast.

We had a lovely meal outside. The weather was lovely, service great and the food just lovely. Very tasty Italian food. Not cheap but very worth it.
Overall good food and good atmosphere. Could do with a winder range of vegan/vegetarian options. Good portion sizes. Presention was good.
Booked in due to a case of last minute munchies. Grace and Robyn informed us they were closing at 10pm and we had limited time to order. Upon arriving they were very patient and polite. Allowed us to stay until we finished our meal without rushing us.

The allergy awareness was amazing, with the manager taking special care of anyone with an allergy. All allergy information is on a tablet which is brought to your table. When the dishes arrived they had a allergy sticker so no mix up if you've ordered the same as someone else. Food great as normal

Lovely place. Staff are friendly and the service was good. We were well looked after. They also ask if you have any allergies which is good for anyone with allergies. Carbonara not great but the prawn starter was a surprised. It was really cold but they have the warming thingy outside. Will def visit again.
Nice restaurant with great atmosphere and good selection of dishes. All tastes catered for and the staff are very attentive. I would recommend this restaurant to couples and small families with slightly older children. Baby facilities are limited but staff were very helpful :)
It's a copy and paste restaurant and in a lot of ways that's not a bad thing. If you enjoy carluccio's anywhere else you'll probably also enjoy this branch.
There are sacrifices made for the sake of seeming 'rustic' (e.g. warm bread on a wooden board causes condensation and therefore a soggy bottom
