This a great place to eat if you like meat. If you want a quality meal at an average price this would be a good choice. We had ribs and wings and they were great.... especially the ribs. meaty and nicely smoked and super "fall off the bone" tender.
We also tried the bacon and cheese chips.... mmmmmmm

Staff are great. Always attentive without being overbearing. Food is beyond excellent, best ribs in town by far. They get the flavour of the smoke on every rib, you can taste the passion for the food in every bite. The glaze is sweet without being sickly and the fries are brilliant too. Well done!
One of the best places in Leicester for ribs, wings and brisket. As well as the £5 lunch deals they have all you can eat ribs and wings on Friday and Saturday. If you are brave you can also try the insanity hot wings!
First time eating here for me and my son. Great atmosphere, Great food, friendly staff. Right next door to the King Power Stadium. What more could you want
Awesome night at blues, three of us had all you can eat wings and they were beautiful! Fantastic food. Staff had actual banter loads of laughs shared by all.
Only down sides were their bar must have been battered that day as they were quite low on a few spirits & beers.
Price is wrong on their online menu as well.
This was my first time visiting Leicester, my purpose was for work. I stayed near the Leicester City King Power football stadium.
The bar was literally attached to the hotel I was staying in, so that was very convenient and meant I could enjoy a few cocktails with my meal. The bar has a very clean, welcoming and homely feel. Almost like it's a relative's living room but much bigger.
The menu had plenty to offer of which I enjoyed some smoked BBQ wings and a blues burger. The quality of the meal was very good and filled me up, so there was no room for desert. Staff were friendly and talkative. All round it was a great place to stop and eat.
Mine & the husbands first time at the Blues last night, I can honestly say it's the best ribs we've ever had, and the best philly steak roll! Washed down with a delicious passion fruit cocktail, I had to have 4 they were so good! The service was brilliant and a massive thanks to Glenn who served us he was amazing and very informative, we'd already planned our next visit whilst there! I would definitely recommend going if you've not been!
One of the best if not the best pub in Leicester. We had our wedding reception here & loved it since as well as it being our local pub now as well. Merv & David are both great owners & Merv is now a personal friend. Great food & drinks what more do you want from a pub
The atmosphere was really nice. Staff were very helpful. Enjoyed the friday all-you-can-eat ribs with a nice cocktail. However, they didn't have a great selection of cocktails and meals were a bit pricey. I will visit again though.
Went as a party of 5 on a work trip. This is a sports bar with a nice atmosphere, the staff are really funny and friendly. We each had a burger and also shared ribs. 1.5 racks is enough as a side for 4-5 people. The prices for mains and sides are separate but that's reflected in the reasonable prices. Enjoyed ourselves and the food very much.
Not been out for a meal in Leicester for a little while as we live in sapcote about half an hour away. Honestly we would travel double the distance to visit this bar it was amazing. We cook quite alot at home and sometimes find that we prefer our own cooking but the food here was second to none and we will be returning for sure.
More than anything the staff that run and serve at this restaurant where the loveliest people and made us feel so welcome and comfortable even though we where the first in the bar.
I would recommend for date nights, friends nights and takeaways for sure, keep up the good work and thank you for making our evening so lovely 🙂
My wife and I went ate here last night. The food was excellent, we ordered the ribs and a philly cheese steak roll. Service was second to none and Glenn went above and beyond to ensure our experience there was pleasant. Will definitely be returning

The food is delicious and the attention from the exceptional employees. I loved the place and everything has a very good atmosphere. Hands down one of the best deals and food I have ever received.
Great place to eat. Staff are extremely friendly. They do all you can do wings and ribs day (not it tried yet).
Prices are reasonable. Burgers are a bit small.

Blues Bar and Grill has become a favourite of mine since the first visit. The food is incredible, no matter what you order although I do recommend their chicken wings or any of their rib racks.
They offer student discount, making the meal even more affordable - but to be honest, I'd happily pay it in full anyway for the high standard of food. Although it shows sports, it also plays music that will satisfy the tastes of all diners. The atmosphere is warm and cosy, and the staff seem to be genuinely enjoying their work.
Oh my word what and amazing place to go and eat. The best BBQ ribs you will ever have the staff are amazing and Merv the owner is just a top class bloke who is always very friendly and chatty i cannot stress enough how nice the ribs are at this place they are literally the best I have ever had. And the atmosphere in there is just really good and the food does not take long to be served what so ever 10/10 This place gets and it is very clean as well which just tops it all off.
Brilliant food and service tonight. Would really recommend this spot. My colleague and I really enjoyed it. Friendly and good value.
Can only assume the poor reviews were during the footy season when Leicester are at home. Quiet tonight so quick service.
