I can't understand why this restaurant has this evaluation. It is an incredible place with nice, creative decor, good atmosphere, amazing and diverse food (from the most traditional to the most original) and lovely staff. The price is good for the quality. I think it is really interesting that inside the restaurant there is a small gourmet shop, and you can buy things while you wait for the food. I celebrated there the birthday of my father and the staff did everything to proportionate a good family experience to us. I will definitely come back!
Amazing pancakes ๐. Recommend them so much. Served until midday everyday. Also great wifi and nice tea ๐. Could easily have two portions myself ๐

I came here for breakfast on a Saturday and was greeted by Sophie, who was very helpful and kind throughout the whole meal. The smell was reminiscent of going to a pancake house in the United States. The atmosphere was very lively but quite calm and casual. I decided to order a watermelon and raspberry cooler smoothie which was very refreshing and the watermelon garnish was a nice touch and tasted very fresh. For my main, I ordered a 5 stack of smoked streaky bacon pancakes which were quite small for 9.95 but we're very nice. It has very quirky decor that I enjoyed very much because the more you look, the more details you notice. The food quality overall was very good at the whole experience was a great. The one downside was the price for the pancakes even though they were very filling. Will definitely be back for Dinner at some point! Overall, I definitely recommend!
Had brunch here after having Bills on the wishlist of places to visit for a while. Food was really good but the desserts were amazing.
I'd describe the service as good but very "chilled" with no haste haha. Optional service charge was added to the bill at 12.5% which we had no problem paying.
Bill's Dinner Restaurant in Leicester, Shirelane has pleasant rustic interior decor. We had our breakfast on a Sunday in this restaurant. The staff who served us here are courteous and attentive. The food was good and everyone enjoyed the breakfast. There are are also outdoor seating available in this restaurant. They served the meals quickly.
A little bit pricey, but I was very satisfied with my meal , the minute steak on the lunch menu was tasty and a good size, great chips but the desserts steal the show, so rich!!! Great food and very very good attentive service to boot!
Fast and very friendly service. Interesting building nicely converted. Food was great and served very fast. Unisex toilets not overly clean. Nice freshly made smoothies/jucies. Extra treats like cookies and easter eggs available to purchase and they even gift wrap. Outdoor seating but no heaters
Lovely meal for Saturday lunch, didn't book but just was lucky with timing ,as really busy! Would recommend booking in advance. Plenty of choices on menu and food very good. Quick and attentive service. Would return when next in city centre for shopping trip.
Outstanding breakfast place in the city center. Generous American-style pancakes, healthy options, vegetarian choices and nice strong coffee. Yes itโs a franchise, but a really good one. Friendly, attentive service. Love Bills.
Visited Bills for breakfast. Friendly attentive staff. The food was lovely. Adequate portions. Prices were actually quite reasonable. Will definately visit them again.

Fabulous food highly recommend the duck starter. Had a lovely meal until I went to pay and had a little trouble with my Google pay. Received lovely support from the manager who was so kind, patient and understanding. She helped me sort everything out it was my first time out with my girls since my accident which left me in a wheelchair so I was very upset. Great wheelchair access nice clean disabled toilet. Thank you bills for being very kind and we did have a lovely meal.

Perfectly peaceful cosy atmosphere, delicious food served by attentive and friendly staff. Recommended for a quick bite on your own or a small dรฎner with friends. My vegetarian haloumi burger was delicious! Recommended.
A must visit for an awesome breakfast..
Customer service is spot on, from the moment you walk through the door to sitting at your table the staff are on it.

Amazing dining experience, with the friendly staff adding the extra factor. Have yet to visit a restaurant with friendlier staff than Bill's. Food was aesthetically presented and tasted fabulous.
The buttermilk chicken burger was massive and tasted great. Would definitely recommend this place. The staff were friendly. Would not buy the mac and cheese here as it was a bit dry.
