We popped in for lunch. The decor is quite nice and traditional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is freshly made, vegetarian and tasted really good. A nice personal touch is the way the lady from the kitchen comes out to check if everything is ok. Overall the place has a very relaxed atmosphere and the prices are reasonable too. I'd definitely recommend a visit.
Love the fact that it is all vegetarian restaurant ❤️ Which means 100s of options to choose. Their expertise is in South Indian cuisine so better stick to it. We had mysore masala dosa and idly sambhar which was just delicious. We ordered chole bhature. Bhature was really soft however chole was okay. Badam halwa for dessert was just yum 🤤. I loved their interior and atmosphere all bright and colourful. Service was quick and spot on. Note that They don’t serve alcohol.
100% recommend this restaurant....warm and friendly, great atmosphere, amazingly fresh tasty food, great value and very helpful staff if you are not sure of something on the menu. Great job on the bike restoration, by the way.....We will be back!!!!

Incredible! The soup had a nice firey ginger taste to it and the Thali boasts amazing flavours. Very filling. Staff were friendly and talkative. I will bring my husband here, who will also appreciate this. I'm not vegan/vegetarian but you don't need to be to enjoy this.
Really good value for money. Loads of vegan options, extensive menu which is all labelled for allergens/dietary requirements. Friendly and attentive staff too. Tasty South Indian food :) There is a service charge which was my only dislike.
We recently visited this place and thank we did to give it a try. Fantastic food, great service. Typical Karnataka style making, really felt home cooked. No food colour, less oil, no other adulteration. I would certainly recommend for vegetarians.
I’ve eaten here a few times and it has always been excellent. I’ve always ordered the thali and each time it is delicious. It has varied between visits but this is perfect and it always nice to have a variety of dishes. The food is top notch and so tasty. Service is very friendly too. Fantastic value for money and will always be a firm favourite.

No.1 South Indian Food in Leicester in my honest opinion! I've tried the rest. The lady owner is very charismatic, personal and the food is superb. She accommodates really well for our dietary requirements too.
Authentic South Indian taste. shivalli Special Thali was Super special. Vada with sambar was yummy.
It was perfect. The waitress was incredibly nice and attentive. I was surprised to find all meals vegetarian, but I guess that’s what happens whenever I don’t read about a place before going. We decided to stay to try something new and I’m so glad we did. The paneer appetizer and curry were to die for. Every single dish was amazing. We got the thali, paneer tikka, appetizer platter, garlic naan, spicy buttermilk drink and cola for 36 £, they also gave us a complimentary dessert! I am looking forward to going again
Food was very good. Good service. Reasonable Price. We tried Veg Platter - Paneer Manchurian, Medhu Vadai, Bonda & Samosa with all the sides was so good. Medhu Vadai was too good. Bonda/Samosa any 1 with some other starter would have been better since both have potato filling. And then We had Shivali Special Meals(Check Pics). And Fruit Mocktail.. Everything tasted good.Best thing was Masalas were not overpowering!!
Friendly atmosphere, the way food are served you will feel like at home. On our Marriage Anniversary they made it special with surprise dessert platter at the end after nice delicious food. Highly recommend

How many no South Asian people know what Vada or Sambar or Mogo or Idly are? I'm farelly well-travelled and i've eaten some of these South Indian Specialities before but i only knew what half the menu was my colleagues understood less than a quarter and asking the waiter about every dish on the menu became a chore for him and us. Just a little explanation on the men would be nice.
I thought it would be a place where a lot of South Asians go to eat like Bobby's or Mirchi, becausevthe food is very Authentic but the only Indians in there were the staff and it wasn't very busy, so I think they would benefit from I little rethink on the menu.
