Lovely staff that are very welcoming and friendly. Gingerbread latte and the Terry’s hot chocolate were great
I usually don't go to Costas but this is my one exception purely for how lovely the staff are , always so sweet and friendly and work so hard to make sure your drink it perfect. This branch really doesn't feel like it's part of the chain because the customer service is so amazing 10/10 would recommend

Been here a few times, heard bad reviews of the place but personally cannot say i can agree, quiet place majority of time.

Just a general service. Nothing to shout home about. What I expected of a Costa really.
Visited this morning. It was very busy with about 15 people sitting in and then a constant queue of around 6. The young girl serving was on her own and was AMAZING! She was calm but very efficient and quick, with a smile on her face.

A very busy cafe on a blustery Saturday morning. The staff were all working really hard, a lovely warm welcome and an excellently made coffee for me. I observed a lot of nice interaction with what are clearly regular customers and it made me appreciate that although this is a chain cafe (and the prices that are associated with that), the excellent staff are what make a difference. I would recommend having a hot beverage here.
