The Market Kitchen - Leek - Photo album

This is my go to cafe in leek. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection. There is a good selection to choose from to. There is a downstairs and upstairs so a good amount of space. The staff are really friendly and very efficient. They support at least 20 local business where they purchase t
Good morning all, we had a great start to the day being directed to the Market Kitchen Cafe in Leek trip adviser said 5 stars. They weren't wrong, fantastic food Veggie and Vegan choices whoop whoop really friendly amazingly clean also dog friendly. Definitely will visit when on route. Thanks very m
Great little place, clean and Very friendly helpful and polite staff. Quality food well cooked, Example:no Richmond sausages here or cheap bread. Probably slightly dearer than your typical "greasy spoon" because it's not a "greasy spoon". Quality Illy coffee as well, we had an English breakfast but
We tried to get in here on a Saturday morning but due to the popularity of this place we couldn't get a seat as we had our dog with us and although there is additional seating up stairs dogs are only allowed down stairs. Thankfully we had more luck on Monday morning and were welcomed by a very charm
Lovely cafe with great food and lovely coffee (with biscuit!) very welcoming and dog friendly.
Lovely cosy place which serves good homemade food. I found it very enjoyable. I thought a little pricey but I expect as it's a touristy type of town. O would certainly recommend the Market Kitchen for a good meal. Can be a bit cramped at times as it does get quite busy.
Lovely lunch there today, one of the best homemade carrot and coriander soup I've had,and a very nice latte. My husband enjoyed his cheese tomato and onion sandwich with a pot of tea.Nice place, service good and staff very friendly.Dog friendly too.
Always a top notch meal, all sourced locally and at a decent price. Service is always spot on. If your coming to leek stop here and grab a bite to eat you won't be disappointed
Visited on a Saturday for lunch with sister. Brought my dog along and the staff are lovely. The food was excellent and really good value. Will be going again next time I visit leek.
Super nice staff. Lovely food. Made our dog, Daisy , very welcome. Even took her photo, to put on the wall.
Good food, cooked well and nice space out on the Ashbourne road. If they made heir own batch of Hollandaise sauce I'd give a 5 star - you really need it with your 'Eggs Benedict' - shame.
Lovely lunch good service. Food was hot and cooked why we waited instead of the rubbish served in some places. Can recommend the stake pie
On the plus side the Market Kitchen uses local produce. The oatcakes are excellent, I've been disappointed in other dishes. Note, the toilets are upstairs, so not accessible to disabled visitors.
We had homemade soup. The menu had delicious light bites and lunches in cosy setting. Fascinating notice board made of wine corks.
Wonderful food and refreshments, Staff were polite, warm and friendly .Highlyrecommended
My second visit now to the market kitchen cafe and again they have not disappointed. Great locally sourced food and friendly staff.
The flat iron steak and sweet potato fries are delicious. There is a pizza parlour and curries are also served. Verdict - nice and inexpensive.
Lovely little cafe, dog friendly, with a good selection of cakes, drinks and other yummy stuff. Would definitely recommend.
Friendly staff with great food and service. Reasonable prices. Always pop in when in area as I know the food will be good.
