What a game changer! Beautifully crispy fluffy chips and fantastic burgers. The potato buns are bloody excellent, so soft and pillowy!!! Just taking that extra step in steaming before the bake really gives an amazing texture to the crumb and soaks up all of that juicy goodness without falling apart.
