Came in today for free birthday treat, helpful and polite staff, also a benefit to myself as a T1 Diabetic. Made low blood sugars easily manageable for a birthday day out with my partner.

I have been using this branch for over 10 years its an extremely busy location I work nearby I love the staff at this shop they are very hard working very attentive full of smiles great conversation & basically like part of my work family ! We often purchase buffets for work at a moments notice too

Agree with others, no smiles and sometimes cold pasties. To me staff always look overworked and stressed.Could be location doesn't help with bus stop outside and sheer volume of people visiting for size of shop. Guessing they have loads of thieves and kids visiting given location. They are efficien
