I'm reviewing on behalf of my dog, Pippa. She initially came for a steak bake only to find that they were out of steak bakes and so she opted for the sausage roll.... I'll let the pictures do the talking.
Looking at the other reviews it's a bit petty I have been to a lot of Greggs and this one is better than most (No I do do not work for Greggs lol).
The staff seem more trained they offer extras and upsell other products they are constantly churning out products from the oven so their practices are good so that will include cleanliness.
It does get busy especially in the morning but if it was not busy I would be worried but like all Greggs you are not paying for high quality or exceptional service it's quick, fast, low cost service if you want better you need to go elsewhere and pay more £££
Nothing wrong except I've searched several Greggs for the vegan steak bake and they're all out. Last one got taken right in front of us. Surely this will be sorted soon.
