Called in on Saturday for lunch. Great food and excellent coffee. The young lady serving was doing a top job despite being on her own and under pressure she displayed great customer service. Will happily return here.
There is one reason I have given this 5 star rating and that is simply for the young lady who was working on her own at the café today in the White Rose shopping centre. It was extremely busy and single handedly she was making and serving coffee etc. She was also making all the sandwiches and trying to clear tables and wash up. She remained totally professional, polite and efficient. I was appalled to learn that some customers had been very rude towards her. Clearly there was a wait to get served, but she could not have worked any harder. I hope the management reward her well as she truly deserves it. I would have emailed the management with feedback but couldn't find an address.
The coffee was good along with the tuna Panini.
Great service and tasty sandwich. Served by a new member of the team who was really helpful and polite. Reasonably priced too.
I was shopping and fancied a coffee said to my partner shall we try coffee creations, so we did the service was lovely and employees was smiling and very welcoming especially the new girl with the brown hair, she brought our drinks to our table and was very well mannered, I definitely will be coming back, 5 stars all the way for this coffee restaurant.
Visited 01/05/2022 - 2 ladies working were rushed off their feet but very friendly and smiley. Lovely food and lovely staff 👍
Amazing service and friendly staff. Always make a bee line for this outlet, better than Starbucks and Costa coffee. Quality of drinks 5 stars.
