Had a lovely hot chocolate, the whip topping is to die for. My friends had ice cream sundaes, which were equally delicious. Had a little wait as there was only one girl on the counter. But she was extremely apologetic and put extra strawberry topping in the sundaes as they were out of peach flavour.
Staff are always friendly and the food is always amazing. I got the cherry scary sundae and I wish they would do this all year round as it's amazing !
One of the best hot chocolate in the UK. They have several options depending on how dark you like your chocolate, or flavours (mint, salted caramel, etc.)
They have extra cocoa whipped cream which is too sweet for my liking, but is probably great with the frozen options.
Great customer service. Prepared to wait if its busy . Also towards end of day they sell out of the popular drinks . I used my VIP hotel chocolat card for 20% drinks .

Hotel Chocolat Cafe is a well deserved visit for chocolate lovers. Their high-quality chocolates, cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff create a delightful experience. But damn, they're a little bit pricey in there retail area. Despite that, it's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
A regular stop for me and my boyfriend, we never fail to attend every time we are in town! Amazing coffees and ice-cream and of course the chocolate is the best too.

Visited the coffee shop, nice coffee and girls had ice creams, said they were lovely. Choc slabs with coffee delicious.

A whistle-stop trip in to have a quick sit down and a drink during shopping. The store is easily accessible, nice and large and has a good amount of seating. The service is a little slow, but I have put this down to the fact that the drinks aren't quick to make - it's not like making a hot chocola
Really great place to sit and have their signature drink. I prefer it over Baileys only because of the richness in taste and creaminess.
If you like Baileys on ice, don't mind sitting, give this place a try.
They do desserts, coffee and the like.
