The service was slow seeing staff chatting while you see your order has been processed to be collected but the staff chat to each other for about 5 minutes and it was not busy to be delayed for so long ...
Waited a long time but manager offered fries for the wait without me saying a word. Food was OK- wrap was missing onion and mccrispy didnt have the extra sauce requested (they need it as dry otherwise)
A quick visit here whist waiting for an appointment. Got a breakfast meal and I couldn't fault it. The service was quick, the food was hot and the establishment was clean. We sat down stairs and the place was clean. Staff were around making sure tables were clean and toilets was tidy. Overall a good

As i am vegetarian, i would love to say that one can try there veggie wrap, thats the only wrap which is vegetarian and is filled with flavours. One of my friend was with me and she liked my veg wrap more as compared to her chicken burger.
Visited on a Saturday, very busy but fast service. Gave it 5 stars because of the lady working the till. Think she was called 'Bobz'. She deserves a raise! She provided excellent customer service despite it being absolutely heaving!
