I am always happy with the service I receive at this store. It has a variety of stock (always full when I visit), a seating area (inside and outside) and the cleanliness is to a high standard. I’d like to thank Shannon for her consistently great service - from the Lotus Biscoff addict!

Fresh doughnuts & coffee. not a lot of seating inside, some seating outside. Pleasant.
Very friendly member of staff helped me on my visit. Small dining in area and small area outside for when the weather is better.... Nice coffee and usual great donuts!
Wonderful staff, Hayley and Teigan, I had a lot of trouble ordering vegan donuts for my son’s wedding and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They went above and beyond, getting in touch with head office so that I could arrange delivery of my order!

Called in for a coffee but unfortunately didn't have my bank card or the correct change the young lady behind the till couldn't be more helpful and actually paid for my coffee just want to say thank you to Hayley what a lovely thing to do

They get a fresh delivery of stock every morning from their main bakery in Leeds (White Rose Centre I think). Staff were always friendly, polite, helpful (especially if you are using the app for the 1st time), knowledgeable about the products - would recommend checking allergy advice on the website
Bought a box from the too good to go app which included 6 doughnuts. Got to pick my own. Friendly staff member too.
Little treat during lockdown. Donut was soft and fresh and the milkshake was very tasty. Definitely a good location, would go back.
