Fantastic Service from Pete very friendly and my caramel latte was perfect. Very clean and tidy environment was a pleasure to visit these services.
My car broke down while at the services, I have young children so we were all a bit stressed! Was served by Gemma and Ben and they were both amazing. Thank you so much for the great coffee and for looking after us all so well.
I recently went in and ordered a latte on a busy trip. Great service. Staff named Charlie and Emily were polite and quick. Made my long day more relaxing and a quick drink to go.
Absolutely Lovely place, staff were professional and very friendly. I ordered my drink but forgot to specify lemonade! But They were quick to rectify my error and sorted me right out. Thanks guys! Will visit again if I'm around 100%. 10/10

All the staff are kind and friendly and very helpful as I'm disabled Pete ,Ben ,Gemma all ways carry my tray to the table for me and nice and clean as well.

Chatting with Gemma and Jamie was nice, far too often staff are to busy chatting with each or on phones to engage with customers, very refreshing to see.

Had not been for more than 6 months, but the staff still remembered my drink and I. Very friendly staff, great starbucks outlet.
I don't usually go to coffee shops but Charley was being very helpful with explaining the drinks to me. The cinammon swirls were also very nice.
