Hands down best chippy around, all cooked in veg oil which is amazing and super friendly to all minority requirements. The staff are happy and give excellent customer service 🙂 wish this chippy was close to were I live. I just can't understand why more chippy don't cook in veg oil.
I had standard fish and chips and the fish was cooked WONDERFULLY. Portion size was actually spot on. Not too much but just enough! Chips were good but I have had better but still really good!

The fish was lovely and also the chip but the service was extremely slow which was a little annoying really, i was the only one there at that time
Went today for lunch with my son excellent food and staff very efficient and friendly. Both fish lovers our first visit but won't be our last keep up the excellent work. Restaurant relaxing and spotlessly clean as were the toilets couldn't find fault with anything well done to all concerned.

Lovely takeaway fish, chips, battered sausage, and the fish goujons as a kids meal. All in all very nice, and the gravy was some of the best chip shop gravy I've had.
The staff were great, the young lady that served us was absolutely tip top. Very polite and courteous.
The fish was greasy and not the biggest I've had but yeah non the less. The chips were tasty until half way through where they just became gacky.
All in all tasty just not the best I've had.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Now under new management. It has been refurbished in a rustic style and feels very comfortable. The addition of a bar with speciality Vodka is very welcome. They had a very good review in the Yorkshire Evening Post recently. The food is much improved since being acquired. What more can I say.
What a wonderful place. The service was superb and the food was amazing, Everything was served to perfection and even a vegan choice. Bread was not ordered but was delivered to the table.
