Lady behind the till was on her first week, gentleman behind the food was fairly new. They gave there best but I'm grateful it wasn't busy. The Just East Orders were keeping them both so busy.

Great place. Staff were helpful and kind. Wheelchair accessible toilet and entrance. My only problem is that you have to pay extra for Gluten free bread... Otherwise a great place. I order a meatball marina on Italian bread and it was very nice. Would recommend
Great place as you would expect from Subway. Staff are always pleasant and polite. The only issue: once you have your food it's hard to leave. As with the majority of places at Colton Retail Park there is a real issue getting out if you're in a car. This usually prevents me from driving if I can help it.

I have been coming to this branch of Subway since comimg into the area in November 2017. The staff here are friendly and helpful always offering a smile and a greeting as you come in and always making sure you get what you want. They will explain if there are any extra costs (such as double meat or extra cheese etc.) or even offer option such as omelette egg or poached egg on your breakfast mega melt (most places I have been presume omelette egg unless you ask for poached, only here and Skipton have seemed to ask me everytime). A few weeks ago I found out why I am so happy with this store and that is because it is managed by the same people who run my favourite Subway Store on the outskirts of Skipton (next to McDonald's and Ford). It is obvious that they share best practice techniques and make sure the customer is happy. Great service everyone.
Only five customers inside at a time (equal number of staff) so you need a coat for this weather! The meat goes into a salad bowl before lettuce added on top (?) and extra ingredients added on top of that(?). But it's cheaper than McD's and the queue is shorter!
Quick service and friendly staff. Food was great, had the spicy Italian yum, price was good with no complaints.
Great positioning at Colton, Service was good, food was good. I got take away, inside looks good and a few were eating in. Definitely recommend.
Very good, staff were professional and I noted they were making sure the ingredients were in the right place, spaced evenly etc, it's the small things sometimes that please!
