Was nice and quiet when we came here Sunday afternoon. Table positioning is good and was clean and tidy. Coffee was thr usual high quality you expect from Nero. Good location

This particular branch is lovely and quiet most of the time; I find it to be a hidden little hub of calm in the city centre. They stock the regular menu including seasonal and limited time drinks. They also offer food and cold drinks. As this branch usually caters for businessmen, it's often very quiet outside of weekday lunchtimes, and as a result I've never had a problem getting a table. I've also always found the staff to be incredibly friendly and helpful.

Usually call in here for the free O2 coffee offer. Always get prompt service in this branch opposed to the other ones in Leeds (partly due to its location to be perfectly honest) Staff are friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the place!

Absolutely love Caffè Nero, This is definitely my favourite Neros to visit when in Leeds city centre . The staff are always friendly and welcoming and make my coffee just how I like it. The store is always clean and has a large range of comfortable seating so I can relax while enjoying a delicious coffee.

This is one of our favourite branches in Leeds City Centre. Comfy seats and lovely staff. It is not always busy, so perfect for those looking for a place to read and have conversations with friends. Not too far from the train station either. Drinks are carefully prepared by the baristas.

Nero is my favourite coffee chain and this Nero does not detract from that. I feel as though the location and seating arrangement was not as good as it could have been but otherwise a good Nero experience.

Great Caffe Nero, just out of the city centre. Gets busy with local office staff at peak times. Helpful, friendly staff.

Best Caffė Nero ever, far better coffee than its competitors, the speed and service from the staff is wonderful! Charlotte and Siobhan were welcoming, polite and importantly amazing at making a great flat white and frappe.

Nice quiet cafe in the centre of town.. good to go to on a lunch break to escape hustle and bustle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. There is indoor and outdoor seating and it is very close to offices, would be a good location for quick meetings or studying.

Great coffee shop with outside seating area and plenty of comfy seats inside. Good selection of hot and cold drinks and a good selection of sandwiches and pastries. Don't forget with your O2 Priority app you get a free coffee every Tuesday!

Perfect balance between reliable/predictable chain coffee with a hint of independence. Nicest Nero I’ve visited. Baristas were super friendly and the decor and vibe inside is lovely. They were extremely helpful when we made large pre orders for a meeting!
