The grilled chicken & lamb chops are excellent. The burger meals are very nice too. The staff are not always helpful, very rude some times too!
Came to Franksters for the first time. Pretty good. Service was good, staff were friendly and quick. Very clean inside and staff were all over it. The fries were amazing too. Far better than other fast food places. A little pricey but it’s what expected these days
Food was OK. But I noticed the cleanliness of the interior. Nothing was left on the tables after customers left. Someone picked up the trays and cleaned the table within seconds. AMAZING.
Also loved the system in place to let you know your order is ready: go to the till, make your order, take the device to whatever table you desire, when order is ready the wireless device blinks rwd and vibrates. Easy
Great burgers and fries it's also a great atmosphere with a kind of American style. Also has an arcade machine and the prices weren't too high per meal. Very nice place would recommend instead of any other fast food.
Really delicious food and milkshakes. I ordered the prego chicken and rice meal with a Lotus Biscuit milkshake. My sister had the mild chicken and rice meal. I would recommend the milkshake to anyone. Really thick but delicious. The piri piri sauce and garlic mayo are sooo good. The staff were friendly and chatty. The restaurant is also clean and the staff are on it to make sure tables are clean as soon as people get up to leave. 10/10 would eat there again.
Always consistently great food. Very quick and efficient service. Cannot beat franksters. The portions are always plentiful and tasty. However for as long I've been coming here they've never sorted the wonky tables and it's so annoying.. fix that and you've got a very easy 5 stars.
Food was absolutely amazing can really tell by the taste that good quality ingredients are used. Service was the best I’ve ever had - a lady called Page was so nice and friendly she was very professional, helpful and had amazing customer service so thank you very much Page😊
Aaliyah was helpful at the tills even though the shop was busy she took the time to help my child choose the right meal and her dietary requirements. amazing service will be back

Finally a good halal eatery located in the heart of White Rose Shopping Centre!
This new restaurant is much welcomed as there has not been any suitable halal places at White Rose before this. We have been to other local Frankies, but first time to the new Frankster’s.
There is a good number of seats, although at peak times, you will be searching. The menu is focused with mostly burgers and and chicken options. The restaurant is clean, well laid out and has fast service.
Mrs ordered the Hot Mama burger. This comes with Spicy Chicken Fillet, Peri Peri Sauce, Hash Brown, Cheese, Jalapeños, Lettuce, Mayonnaise 🍔
Mr ordered the signature burger Double Whammy 100% Beef, Crispy Fried Chicken, Cheese, Peri Peri Sauce, Red Onion, Jalapeños, Lettuce 🍔
Both burgers were amazing and were served with a generous amount of hot fresh house fries and sugar free hot drinks.

In around all costly food counter this is the pocket friendly option in the WhiteRose centre. Kids meal in a separate menu which I liked most. Service is great and there is no extra charge for it. Interior is not excellent but very clean and spacious.
Franksters serves good food, and there are plenty of options to choose from, including whole chicken, butterfly breast or burgers. All come with a choice of sauce from mild to hot. Compared to Nandos, it's much better value, and I personally think the food is better.
